Please take take Litecoin and Dogecoin off the list. These coins will go no where except down. The lead developer of Litecoin is not even in it anymore, he dumped a large amount of his coins. Dogecoin is just a community hyped coin, it won't get accepted by the big dogs like Bitcoin. Nem in my opinion has a pretty good chance of getting up there.

I might be biased  Grin ok, I am biased, but:

NXT and SuperNET.

NXT has produced so much useful tech (including much of SuperNET) and has just passed the one year live mark. That's a whole year of constant attack but the NXT core and blockchain are still solid and stable.
NXT is also one of the straightest and most trustworthy crypto projects: the NXT community and stakeholders have proved over the last year that they will make hard decisions to maintain the integrity of NXT, and that these decisions come from the community....not from superstar/prima donna/scammer devs.
Did I mention the open-source and decentralisation yet?

For SuperNET, check out the client:
https://nxtforum.org/lite-multigateway-releases/supernet-v1-3-4-3/
This client represents, I guess, about 20% of currently planned SuperNet functionality, maybe less.
So it's not just a collection of assets, but a fully operational battle station.....

nem is vapor ware? i think not.. beta has been out for months and working fantastically. you can try it here: https://forum.nemcoin.com/beta-launch-discussion/nem-beta-0-4-39/

You are right, Ethereum is the ultimate vaporware.

NEM reminds me of Litecoin, a copycat, same code, same looks, just changed some parameters and the sales pitch. Sorry, not going to cut it.

SuperNet is not even a cryptocurrency, it's a bunch of assets that promise to deliver services and a share in some altcoins, also known as a fund where you trust all your money to certain people...

Mind boggling that someone chooses to invest in vaporware, copycats and funds, and choses not to invest in Bitcoin and NXT.

NEM (New Economy Movement)

Ethereum

SuperNET

thats about it.

That's 3 in a row bro, 3 vaporware projects that is...

Congrats.  Wink

How do you search for good investments?

- must promise heaven
- must have delivered nothing
- will pay extra if sales pitch contains elements of Envy and/or Grandeur.

The day alt coins finally stop competing with bit coins and start enhancing it instead is the day we will all be part of the next big thing.

I voted for Dogecoin.

Doge has the largest community support in the altcoins.

Well, I didn't vote for NXT; because I hate java client. It shouldn't ask me to install java or not.

Well NXT is the obvious choice if we're going to talk about tech that exists today and has been working well for over a year now.

Ethereum will be interesting. I just read that NXT has smart contract tech going on as well so there will likely be some interesting comparisons to be made between their different implementations.
