Nice!

i have a blog by the name "a fistful of bitcoins" Can i use this pic for it?
i have no content published yet, but very soon!

Or does anyone have a picture of a fistful of physical coins?

Sure! You could ask Isokivi if he has a fistful, as he sells the coins. Here is his thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.2415647

Im jumping right on this, give me a few minutes!

Money comes, money goes
I got the physical versions of my coins yesterday from btctrinkets.com. Totally free because I authorised the use of my design. Had no idea they were this big and heavy, I love em Smiley

I used Blender and the included Cycles render engine, it's free and open source. Quite a learning curve, but there are lots of good (video) tutorials.

not to mention you can get it all rendered free of charge Cheesy

Nice man, what program do you use to make these? I'd love to learn how to make this.

I just looked around online to see if my freely available renders have been used lately. The three most recent articles featuring some of my work:

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/first-bitcoin-atms-start-popping-152610705.html

http://juliansarokin.com/banks-bitcoin-the-future-of-payments/

http://olhardigital.uol.com.br/pro/noticia/38642/38642  (Portuguese article)

Nice to see people making use of them. I should get back to making some new ones again, work stress is keeping my creativity down though.

I've just made some wallpapers and the CAD models available at CoinDL on a 'Pay What You Want' pricing for anyone who wants to support my work.

I made an avatar for Bitcointalk user cypherdoc

It's too bad I couldn't fix the rough edges around the coin for him. But this is a limitation of the GIF format, you only have transparent or non-transparent pixels, there is no gradient possible.

And I also made an avatar for myself as you can see  Grin

Next I'll go work on a Tron coin when I have the time, unless someone else has a request.

Great work.

I love the digital coins. More appropriate than the gold coin lookalikes.

Yes, this is a particularly cool version:
