nice thought, I was also thinking to implement bitcoin payment system in the parking and refueling, it will be easier for some people who really busy for pay with cash, and can pay with bitcoin whenever he wants.

It is possible to receive these Bitcoin micropayments today, but it will take long before electric vehicle cars are commonly used. By that time maybe even Bitcoin LN could work, so the Bitcoin micropayments can be possisble in future as well. What are other payment options? I think most of the charging stations are free of charge if you mean the Tesla cars. I am not sure about the electric cars of other brands. Gas station owners may install such charging stations to earn profit.
