You need to try to do small things that are fun for the people around you, it doesn't matter whether they are directly based on bitcoin or not, because fun things will look useful, compared to big things but not done consistently. It is not difficult to provide knowledge about bitcoin, because at this time many media have written about it in full, but not everyone wants to invest or do charity using the results of bitcoin.

And you can take advantage of this little thing to make an impact on everyone around you, at least this will be charity work that will provide something useful for people.

Snip
It was only a small effort that we did together, but apart from these efforts we must continue to maintain human relations, in order to achieve social values in social life.

Snip
We have gone through some of the turmoil that has occurred in recent years, the pandemic and the economic crisis have taught us something valuable, care, empathy and mutual respect have been lost in life, because we are too busy thinking about ourselves, so we forget about other people who need help.

Everyone has their own role in providing assistance to others and I still believe this sense of humanity is still great and will continue to grow in human life.

Snip
In fact, everyone born into this world brings goodness, but sometimes we don't know what role to take, willpower and determination are other things that will form, if someone intends to do so.

It's really appreciable what you have done for the community. It takes courage, willingness and determination to perform such an act of kindness.
Not only you have gained massive respect but also you have gained blessings from all those people you are helping.
This is what it counts to be a good man. Thanks for your great efforts.

Having and understanding and empathy towards other people is a rare treat in humanity these days. And I understand people who ignore these things as well, their life is not as good as they imagined it would be, and because of the pandemic period and economic crisis that followed, plenty of people are living in either poverty, or poorer than they used to be, which makes it harder for them to care for people who are even worse conditions. So, I do not blame anyone who doesn't do these type of things.

But, people like OP that work towards making the world a better place for everyone are the true heroes of the world, thanks to them we are at least a bit better if not whole lot better for some people.

I really appreciate what you are doing. OP. Your social spirit is very high, it is a noble work that perhaps people rarely do, and you do it without asking for reciprocity from those who need help.
You give the Signature Campaign gifts you get to those who need them more.
I hope you are always healthy and all your affairs are smooth to continue to be able to help those in need.
We can see here that Satoshi has provided many benefits, even though we don't know who he is, he has brought thousands of good things.

I want to say a very big thank you to @OP and things like this gives me joy and I also wish that so many other persons will be able to adapt to this thread and try as much as possible to queue into this progressive way of preaching Bitcoin to the local community and this thread is one of the motivational thread I've seen and I hope I jump on this thread and help preach the adoption of Bitcoin practically to my local community.
I'm actually working on a small gathering of people to represent my local community in my local church and I hope to first bring the knowledge of Bitcoin to them before releasing relief materials to them.
Thanks again senior for this good work and I pray you never relent please.

Thank you very much for your attention and support everyone.

So I hope that the OP will help other citizens who are Indonesian citizens besides the Rohingya who are also in the area around the Rohingya, because I think this is a very good initiative for those who are able to do it for humanity that is being hit by a disaster.
Basically we don't see foreigners or our own residents doing social activities, but because I was busy teaching at the evacuation site, I was late updating posts regarding the assistance we did with the LEC community in flood areas. However, this activity does not make us ignore the flood victims and we have brought a little assistance to two areas, namely Blang Asan and Kenire. I've also visited the thread you created, which became a problem after the flood occurred because people had to try to restore the economy while access was still unable to be used normally.

You can visit this thread if you want to see our activities in two Region THE ROLE OF BITCOIN IN EFFORTS TO HELP FLOOD AFFECTED COMMUNITIES next time I want to invite you to do charity together, because I see you really care about the charity activities that I do with the LEC community, Thank you very much for your attention and I hope we can work together on other charities.

From the OP's description on this topic, I see that OP is a person who really cares about public affairs or really likes to give help to people who need it. Well, because the OP has done a very extraordinary job for the Rohingya people in the past. Now the moment is also very precise because it is not far from where the Rohingya are, at this time there are floods and landslides in several road areas close to the mountains. So I hope that the OP will help other citizens who are Indonesian citizens besides the Rohingya who are also in the area around the Rohingya, because I think this is a very good initiative for those who are able to do it for humanity that is being hit by a disaster.

I have also made a topic about it in the economics section so I will no longer make it in the Bitcoin section because what I said there was about the economic slowdown. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.61629786

Give all before death

That is a considerable income if you live in our country, with that much income you will be able to build a non-formal school for underprivileged children, as I have done together with other volunteer friends in the Lhok Kaju English Center community (Lec), this school is still running until now and I am a permanent donor who still set aside the income that I get in Bitcoin investment and in the business that I developed.

Bitcoin Changes Lives, Touches Non-Formal Education for Underprivileged Children

May we all do the same and greater than what I did, we will be remembered after we are gone, based on the kindness we left while we were still alive, this glory is actually a prayer that will continue to flow when we are gone.

I pray to GOD that you be in a very healthy life and continue doing the good work for the people who need it. Your vision, your work and your kindness, they all are at a different level. We wish to see more from you in the future. I hope that we can be a part of that this time. You are not only doing this for the helpless people, you are doing this for this community as well.
And don't worry, they will remember you for sure.

The Rohingyas are one of the most oppressed and intimidated people globally. They are suffering just because of thier tribe and religion. It's a pity to see people suffer such humiliation and persecution for not commiting
any crime . You just put smiles on the faces of helpless people and brought hope to the hopeless. Posterity have taken note of this uncommon sacrifice. Thank you for this kind gestures and we pray that the government of Myanmar would one day recognize these wonderful people as citizens and accord them thier rights and privileges. One day I am sure they would go back home and live in a peaceful and secure environment.

I want to do any work that can be useful for others, even though it doesn't seem to have a big impact on refugees, but this is proof that the Lhok Kaju Engglis Center (LEC) community has sensitivity towards other people, even though this assistance is not that big and has meaning luxurious. But most importantly our presence can give them a smile on the suffering they have.
You have represented social workers to people who need attention, this is difficult to do if someone does not have social sensitivity to others, whatever the reason you say or how people judge the impact of your social work, we think this kind of job needs to be given appreciation. Never stop doing good, because no one knows what impact you will give in the future. Good people will always be loved by many people, you are one of the good people I mean. A lot of support comes to you, meaning that many people who appreciate the good work that you do and we also want to see other activities that you do with the community are distributed in the forum.

Personally I want to thank you very much Satoshi Nakamoto for the great work you have created, so it has had such an impact on my life.
The concept of Bitcoin's journey has been running quite well at this time, as evidenced as one of the long -term investments that is quite promising, Bitcoin is also known as an asset that is able to maintain its investment value. Nearly many people found the impact of the great work of Satoshi Nakamoto and because of the positive impact that Bitcoin became one of the promising assets today.

The business that you do also has an impact on those who are helped, and I see your community building a non-formal school for underprivileged children, this kind of activity looks impressive for us.

Thanks for your support, I invite many people to do the same in the future. We must try to do small things that will bring human, social and cultural values. This kind of approach will have a good impact on bitcoin's journey, even though many people only think about investing, this kind of philanthropic approach in my opinion will have a good impact.

There are still some unfinished business with them, we are still trying to do what we can.

>Snip
Don't limit your bitcoin journey to just the investment sense. "To me that would understate the great work Satoshi Nakamoto creates in the future". Another effort is needed for a more massive approach and spread the love of bitcoin value to the wider community. Currently bitcoin has been proven to be the best investment that is able to maintain investment value, this point has been obtained even though we don't take a further role, the realm that I consider as adoption is an effort to touch goodness.

The value generated by the bitcoin itself. And yes, it's charity, more than that I'm trying to make it look like adoption and not limit a small space that only serves as a bitcoin investment.

Thanks very much!!!
you will get updates whatever I do in the future, because this activity is not the last and there will be many other activities that we have planned with the Lhok Kaju English Center (LEC) community.

Your support is invaluable towards the journey of the LEC community, once again thank you very much and we have done this voluntarily and with love.

Thanks very much!!!
Whatever we do, at least it can have a small influence on other people, for me that is enough to fill the function of social control, because to be sensitive to something is sometimes difficult for us to do, even though when we enjoy it it is very enjoyable.

There are still quite a lot of people out there doing big things that can affect people, at least we are in the smallest part to fulfill social, humanitarian and other functions that are more useful.

This is one of the best of the best. Your love and concern for fellow humans cannot be overstated. It only takes a kind heart to share love and happiness in this way, as you have just done. Donating from what you have to those who are less fortunate and in greatest need is a wonderful thing to do in today's world where we face far more challenges than we can handle.

I don't want to talk about bitcoin adoption or how you could influence those refugees there to get used to bitcoin in the near future. This is more than enough for me to express my admiration and support for the path you've chosen and begun on your own. You are a hero, just as Satoshi was to the entire cryptocurrency community. Keep it up buddy.

Amazing work, OP!

You are truly a human of higher mind. I hope everyone on this forum will take notice of this and allow themselves the courage to become an amazing human being, like you.

And of course, once again, Bitcoin has gone straight to the hands of the needy. Unlike with dirty old fiat, which would have gotten lost in the pockets of corrupt politicians, lobbyists and other man-made devils or blocked by ridiculous sanctions in the first place. Long live Bitcoin!

I would love to hear more about your future plans! I think everyone on Bitcointalk would also say the same. Perhaps we can even find volunteer helpers and donators.

Love what you've done for the refugees, I think it's a noble job. You deserve an award but I don't know if this thread really deserves a bitcoin discussion board instead of Politics and Society?

Exactly what the goal sounds like, you've donated your campaign revenue to this charity but I'm not sure it's adoption you're talking about. I mean, the title of the thread is a bit ambiguous about what you're doing. You are simply selling your bitcoin to fiat and not donating them directly to charity like the people helping Ukraine do. In addition, bitcoin is not a means of payment in Indonesia, so you must know what are the consequences of its use and adoption. Again, this is not like adoption but it is a kind of charity for you and the group, and you are willing to sell your bitcoin to fiat and donate your fiat to the smooth running of the fund.

I feel happy with the sense of empathy and social attitude that is in the OP, Thank you for this noble work

One award from me.
Yes, that's true and I applaud the assistance activities carried out.
If only in the future there will be more forum members who carry out philanthropic activities like that it will have a good impact on the crypto industry.
Outsiders who previously did not believe and did not want to know about crypto will be moved so they can believe in crypto Bitcoin in particular.
Posts regarding assistance like this are very rare for me to find, even almost nonexistent and I really appreciate this activity.

Even though it is not a participating country in the refugee convention, there is a HUMANITARIAN OBLIGATION to temporarily handle refugees before being fully handled by UNHCR. Both in the capacity of international humanitarian law obligations and as a Member of the United Nations. Source: REFUGEE PROTECTION (REFUGEE)  ACCORDING TO LAW

The LEC community often has discussions in jurisdictions related to human rights, it is this legal basis that makes us move to provide temporary assistance. We don't want to get too deep into their negative side and I assure you not all news content that you share is true and not all wrong. Most of them are victims and because of that we take a bigger role towards children who are in refugee camps, that's why UNHCR asked us to give special classes and provide understanding to adults.

If you get deeply involved, maybe there is a human side that we can't ignore about them, even though there are negative things like a lot of news circulating. Today another ship landed at sea but it was outside our district and their condition was not as bad as the refugees stranded in our area.

I really appreciate the human right actions carried out by @Lizader, but behind all that there are have hidden fact about the current condition of the Rohingya refugees. Simultaneously there are three places that have become harbors for Rohingya refugees and not solely for them being stranded in Aceh. Behind the actual fact that there is human trafficking going on with Rohingya refugees, they make Aceh as destination to connect their agents to seek asylum in the country of Malaysia.

Several cases occurred after the Rohingya refugees were placed in refugee camps, one or two months later they tried to escape and leave Aceh to seek asylum in Malaysia through illegal channels. In fact, UNHCR, which is a world organization for refugees, does not provide financial assistance at all, even Aceh, which has the poorest population, has to allocate their budget to help Rohingya immigrants almost every year.

I live in Aceh, Indonesia and know all fact about Rohingya refugees and their attitude after helping by our people.

Regardless of the pros and cons from the good and bad sides, there is always Yin and Yang among us. I am not surprised if in the end there will be two positive and negative sides regarding the Rohingya refugees. But from these two pieces of information from different angles, we have to be smarter in choosing and sorting out who is entitled to receive assistance and who is not. I'm back in the OP's community and it looks like they've been working together for quite some time. So they know where the direction of humanitarian aid should be channeled.

Anything else you've implemented is so meaningful, it's more than enough to simply replace any GIF. Thank you very much for the support, I will come to a conclusion and will continue to do good for everyone in need.

Appreciate the gift!!!

The big point that made us move was based on humanity, even if they were distant relatives from other countries stranded in our region. To be honest, we have eight volunteers who are members of the Lhok Kaju Engglis Center (LEC) community, eight people come from different educational backgrounds, two Bachelors of Management Economics, two Computer Engineering Graduates, two English Education Graduates and two Law graduates. Their love for human, social and cultural values is far greater than mine, so that every activity we carry out is always motivated by this love, even though there are no funds donated to our community from anywhere.

The eight volunteers are also actively teaching voluntarily and taking turns at the Lhok Kaju English Center (LEC) until now and I am very lucky to have them all. The moral support you provide is more than enough and thank you very much for your attention.

lizarder, great work you've done here and if you need any help to further continue with this great work whether it's financial or otherwise please feel free to send me a PM.
It's an honor for me personally to get a big offer from you Hhampuz, for a while all the needs are still available and still enough to cover the activities that I do, and thank you very much for your extraordinary support through two sides at once. This encouragement makes me more motivated to do things that are more useful. Meanwhile, refugees are currently under the responsibility of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Indonesian Civil Humane Foundation (YKMI). They are the ones who provide the main needs of the refugees, both food, drink and a place to sleep.

Currently the refugees are under the responsibility of the three agencies and are likely to be taken to refugee shelters, but until now I have not received further information and I promise to update the information later.

>Snip
If that's very close to you, then I'm sure you also understand how we used to feel the same way as them, even though our living conditions weren't as severe as they felt. I mean that humanitarian cases cannot be seen only from various aspects of interest, because as living beings (humans) need proper housing, access to health and guaranteed education.

On this basis, we are moved to help them, even though in general we are not able to touch more on these three important aspects and thank you very much for the moral support you provide, this makes us even more motivated.

I might suggest you open donation thread for the Rohingya refugees, some people seem willing to help, but only if you and your community want to continue this humanitarian assistance.
We only take a small part of the great things that have been done by The International Organization for Migration (IOM), United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Indonesian Civil Humanitarian Foundation (YKMI). Because from the start the basic commitment before building the Lhok Kaju English Center community, we agreed to take and touch social values, education and legal advocacy for the dhuafa, this is the basis that continues to be held and is still being carried out today.

Thank you very much for your suggestions and Imamusma's input, but I think I have explained this problem in the reply to Hhampuz's post.

>Snip
Thank you very much friends for the support you provide, we choose several ways that we can be responsible as human beings and try not to ignore each other, so that when we start it is really done with sincere affection.

Every suffering that is felt by the closest people even those who are far away is part of humanity that we cannot just ignore, I encourage you to do other small things.

>Snip
Thank you very much, I hope that more and more people will spread kindness through the good values contained in bitcoin, even though we can't do much at this time, maintaining bitcoin in a simple way will make it grow, and in line with the great efforts that people want to award the nobel prize to Satoshi Nakamoto.

I just want to take the smallest part to introduce bitcoin to the closest people around our area of residence, as an effort of commitment to maintain the growth of bitcoin in the future.

>Snip
That is part of the commitment of social work in the humanitarian field, this will continue to flow and there are many other activities that you will see later in the forum, pray for us to continue to have a sincere heart in helping others.

As an educational effort, human values and concern for others, love and compassion for all of you friends.

>Snip
Thank you very much for the support you give friends, this will spark our enthusiasm in the Lhok Kaju English Center (LEC) community.

UPDATE

Today I was contacted by telephone from IOM, UNHCR and YKMI, they asked us to educate refugee children.

1. Trauma Recovery
2. Learning Activities
3. and Education with a humanist approach

They also reported that many refugee children could not read and write. This will be our next work in the refugee camp.

I'll report the update in this thread once we finish the three points they ask for later. Thank you so much for the support you all give.

Regards
Lizarder
