Bummer, I missed out. A larger sample size would be a good thing.  Roll Eyes

Just answered all questions. May I ask you, for what kind of analysis you will use the results for?

Hello peeps,

I've been following the development of cc's for a while now and have become a true enthusiast about the possibilities that the technology can provide. However it seems like many official sources claim that it has been a bad year for cryptocurrencies, and Bitcoin in particular.

But what's your opinion?  I'm curious, and you probably too.

For this reason I've set up a survey, and by the end of January I will most likely publish an article about the results.

You can find the survey here: https://qtrial2014az1.az1.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_8xqlg0TppmvRwep

Please note: The whole survey is anonymous and takes no more than 5-7 minutes. This is not a scientific questionnaire either.

Feedback, comments, etc. are always welcome. I will check this thread regularly.

Feel free to share and post this wherever it is relevant Smiley

Cheers,
D

Sorry for my late reply. I travelled back to London yesterday so couldn't have a look at it earlier.

First of all: Thanks to those who participated, I really appreciate it!

Second: I understand that some of you are worried about personal details, this is why I mentioned my full name in the beginning of the survey in the first place (google me if you want..). And you can leave the most personal fields (cc worth, e-mail address) empty.  Imo transparency is an important aspect of cc.

At the same time I think these worries are a very interesting aspect, as it seems like users of digital currencies feel very vulnerable. Why is that? Do you think that digital currencies offer too many attacking points? What about offline wallets? Then again it is interesting to see that so far 90% of the respondents think that digital currencies can help to prevent third parties from accessing their financial assets.

Anyways, more and more questions arise, and this certainly is an interesting topic to go after in the near future. So far there are only around 60 responses, which is not enough to make convincing statements/predictions. So please help by filling in the questionnaire and share or forward it.

Cheers,
D

Great survey! Just finished with my closing remarks.....

"The bitcoin community must begin to realize the importance of payroll integration. This is the only way to offset the tremendous selling pressure caused by mainstream merchant POS adoption."

I'm sorry to hear that. Let me know if the problem still occurs later (and at which question the survey is stuck). Cheers!

It was evidently only misbehaving under Chrome for me. Tried again with Iceweasel and it worked perfectly. Good luck!
