many people said that bitcoin is illegal because it used on the deepweb, its true that bitcoin is used on deepweb, its because the transparency and anonymous because of 2 things of that the bitcoin used for illegal purpose, but we should know that bitcoin is not illegal at all, it depend by the user that use the bitcoin.

The price has grown high due to the criminal activities and drug dealing happening at that place and they accept only bitcoin because of it's anonymity.
But the time has changed now and the speculators have more dominance over the bitcoin community.
For some people to hear deep web is something terrible where there are sites that are dangerous for ordinary people to watch. Bitcoin is very popular among dark web users, they use bitcoin for various transactions such as buying and selling weapons, drugs and even services as contract killers. In my opinion, it's only a small part of them using it for crime, I'm sure there are more benefits to bitcoin in a positive direction.
Bitcoin exists and does not, dark web will still exist. By using bitcoin it is true that transactions will be more anonymous, but we cannot just assume that bitcoin is something negative. So, if the bitcoin doesn't exist, will the dark web disappear? no, they can still transact on the dark web which of course will use and involve fiat in the transaction.
Everything has its own advantages and disadvantages. Like Gun has both good and bad uses, we can't quit using Guns since they have a negative impact also. Likewise, the use of BTC on the dark web is a negative aspect of BTC, don't forget its has many good uses also
What gun are you talking about ? It is a crypto coin ? Or the gun that has a bullet ? Whatever gun it is , you can still quit using it if you feel that its not good for you .

So you mean dark-web didn't exist before bitcoin? It did and people always have a way out to be anonymous and untraceable. Bitcoin just made it easier. It's true you can buy shit loads of illegal stuff with bitcoin but you still would if there was no bitcoin.

Nothing much to be surprised about it. The idea that they can hide their identity by being anonymous. And since the transaction happens between individuals and no intermediaries needed, it most likely to happen. It's a win-win situation for them. Nothing surprising, this is common with the darkweb. Bitcoin being anonymous it has paved path for the increased usage of bitcoin into darkweb. Earlier bitcoin was termed as the source for darkweb, later this changed little by little when bitcoin got its spreading worldwide same as that of the traditional fiat. Deep web isn't that easy to access, it needs specific platforms through which we can access deep web. On the other hand bitcoin being transparent makes it get used on darkweb while the end users unknown giving security.
Bitcoin is currently not legal in some countries but it is normal for them to buy and trade even if they are Deep webs. They can do what they want if they want to do illegal things they do And this is not good for bitcoin.
Well, of course, as you said Bitcoin is fully anonymous and that's why most of the illegal market uses it or some other cryptocurrencies. Besides anonymity, Bitcoin is also a faster way for transfering money so it fully suits criminals to use it. Of course, Bitcoin is not to blame for it being used in that way and it isn't designed for that but it got accepted on deep web and it is used there like it we or not.

Bitcoin can be your worst enemy, if you use it incorrectly and even if you use Tor, you are still not 100% sure that Tor exit nodes are not compromised by law enforcement agencies.

The use of Bitcoin on Dark Web has bought it bad reputation that is used for illegal activities. I don't think that depp web could give any advantage to Bitcoin or affect the price in positive sense, so far it has made to it more harm than good things.

I am surprised that they are trading in bitcoin, most of them are done using monero and for faster payments litecoin is accepted too. They must be patient buyers waiting ages for transaction confirmations

The darkweb is one of the reasons why there are countries that ban bitcoin. The governments are afraid that bitcoin may use in illegal activities. Anyway, just a piece of advice, before diving in darkweb, make sure you are using a tool that can hide your IP address or else, you'll be in jail.

I don’t see why average people use the deep web, if it’s for drugs then why? It’s not hard to score drugs in your local area.
The problem is that they were too afraid to buy in their local store since they really don't have a trusted seller yet that's why they have to go find it online. Other than that is the availability of most drugs i guess, i think there is a drug where you can't buy in your local area. And i guess this is where the smuggled drugs begin in most seaports in every country.

Bitcoin has been used years and years before with the criminals behind the internet and one of the famous event on that time was The Silk Road, it was a black market which you can actually buy guns and drugs etc., using only Bitcoin as payment. If you want to search the silk road you better read or watch it from youtube.
