that's the wrong money management, because basically we have to be smart to manage money, so the money does not run out quickly. because the source of the purchase of our goods is money. 
I agree with that but the problem we didn't control the future. I mean there are person with disable that bounds by the help mindset just rely your needs to the government. Most disabled person totally do not have so much to even take care of their needs, you think they will understand all the things you will be telling them by giving them a paper wallet filled with some digital currency and the importance it would be for them in the long run, when they can even hardly take care of their short run. I agree with you, a government of many countries wants them to be more profitable, but if they give legitimacy to Bitcoin, then they will not have much profit, because the government of many countries is not ready to give it legitimacy, but I think there are a lot of things involved.
