I've got something up and running thanks to a mixture of BitcoinJ, Heroku hosting, JQuery and some PHP and I thought people might be interested in taking a look.

Currently payments flow to me, but if anyone has a suggestion for a charity Bitcoin address, I can get the payments to forward to that instead.

The script is very easy to host and I'm hoping the micro payments angle will bring in some new users to Bitcoin.
