I don't think that anyone could make a tax on bitcoin , the bitcoin is not owned by any government and it is something that they can not control exactly like the internet , so if there were any taxes to whom they are gonna go too , this is the reason that every investor think about investing in bitcoin , they are wearied about whether they have to pay tax or not will there be a law on bitcoin.

In my country theres this exchange site where you can convert your btc to your local currency. And they are paying tax to our goverment and is following the rules like the banks so you have to submit a bunch of documents.

As of now most bitcoin related services don't pay tax because they are just a small business while some other big businesses pay tax because the government notice them.

So I think in the near future, We will all be taxed too. When bitcoin is fully adapt and recognized.
But the question is did we pay tax? The answer is no, however, in some local exchange they have a good income with the exchange rate and maybe not directly, we can already consider that as our tax.
definitely, taxing us directly is impossible to be honest, even if bitcoin is fully recognized by the government, bitcoin still remain decentralized, unless government know our address which could changed in every certain times, there's a way,but too much effort in it,maybe undirectly taxing through merchant

The only way by taxing bitcoin by the government is through its registered exchange sites, gambling sites and other sites who are profiting with bitcoin.

So, for every transactions will be made through them will be taxed and it will be charged to us by the site.

It will be forcing their customers to charge tax only if the government they are living in will tax their services.

It can ask companies paying the bitcoin to their employees to report the amount of the bitcoin paid to them.

I do not think that any way to taxation Bitcoin is lawful and correct. This decentralized payment system and it should protect the rights of people, not the government

After realizing a lot of user using bitcoin for the transaction, government is keep finding way to tax bitcoin, a lot of method already being planned to tax bitcoin and i think in the end we will need to pay tax for bitcoin, government will used all effort to make this happens

Government already find the way to tax their citizen even before bitcoin exist.  Every item we bought whether it is food or clothing, or luxurious things, government already have their cuts on it.  So as bitcoin user, we are indirectly paying tax to the government every time we buy stuff with bitcoin or  convert bitcoin to fiat currency and buy things with that currency.  Though they aren't taxing us from our salaries with bitcoins.

bitcoin no paying tax any tax because bitcoin is not recognised by any government and i think we will be pay tax on bitcoin if bitcoin approve by any government and i think then they apply the tax on bitcoin.
They cant  really  get   tax from  bitcoin  because   its  not regulated  by the   government  and   hence   they  cant   considered  bitcoin    because  it cant be  controlled  by anyone   thats  why  they didnt recognize it.  Thats  the   goodness  of   bitcoin because we do have full control  of our  money without   the  notice of   the government and  they cant  impose  tax from  us.

yes, no one can control the price of bitcoins that's why it is hard to impose tax on bitcoins, one of the main reason was other countries are considering bitcoins as illegal, its a good thing that they can not add additional expenses to bitcoin user by adding tax on our transactions. but once that the government have recognize bitcoins, i'm sure tax will be added soon.

If you abide by the laws of the country you live in you are obliged to pay taxes, whether you want that or not. Same with bitcoin, anything you make should be reported. There's nothing bad about it. On the contrary, the taxation in regards to bitcoin is quite lax in most jurisdictions.
That's why I use bitcoin because I do not want to report my earning, it varies from country to country and I can say that in our country government officials are corrupt so I would rather donate it directly to less privilege people than pay the right taxes.

that's like what i feel in my country, NO tax in bitcoin mining and trading, but the fee of withdraw is like tax in my country.
the regulation for small bussines must pay fixed 1% from his total transaction, and exchanger at my country take 1% fee for each withdraw, it's seem like tax too :/
Not sure why is 1% fee for your withdrawal bothers you. Why would someone offer an exchanging service? Of course to earn money so there are fees. No one would establish a company like that, hire support staff, dev, and offer the service to you for free. If you'd want to avoid paying that little amount of fee, I suggest that you look for a buyer of bitcoins and sell your coins to him. That way, you'll get the exact amount that you expect. Nonetheless, that still isn't tax. That's just fees and there's still no tax for bitcoins in your country.

it's fine and fair if you were using their services and they must have calculate this as their income from running the service and keep in mind that exchanger company also having an office and employees, the company need to make profit to pay the needs and keep running the business
if you feel unpleased just moving out,i guess there's many exchanger service which require you to pay fees lesser than 1%
You have to avail on the service of the exchange sites that is reputable so you will be safer, honestly I do not mind the charges as that is too minimal for me and when you are transacting with a bigger amount of bitcoin you wanted to make sure you are safe with the hands of s reputable sites.

What does the control over Bitcoin price have to do with imposing taxes on Bitcoin operations or Bitcoin itself? In all important countries such as the US, the EU, China, etc Bitcoin is recognized and legal, so what countries are you talking about where Bitcoin is considered illegal? Further, it is not required to tax Bitcoin specifically since it can already be taxed according to its classification, for example, as a financial asset in the US or a means of payment in the EU...

You can hide money using bitcoin or other cryptocurrency but when you buy a house for example, you will have to tell from where this money comes from, so government will tax you, there's no way to run.

Indeed mate. We are tax free here in bitcoin community. But if we're going to convert it into cash and purchase something then it will be taxable. And I'm really not hoping that soon there will be a tax already in bitcoin community.
Honestly, I earn more money here compared to my day job.. In my day job I need to comply with the rules of the company as they deducted tax directly to my salary and I am just like receiving 75% of my gross pay, while in here, my earnings is 100% given to me. I don't mind the transfer fee it's cheap.
if you just given such a good service in exchange of paying taxes it's worth it,unlike in developing countries which giving bad service to their citizens even their citizens had been paid all the taxes, luckily if you were living in a developed country, the money you spend for the taxes is worth it

It do really  depends  on which  country   do you  live  in and  on which  kind  of  government   does it have.  If you live on a country which  do  have a  corrupt  officials then  for sure the tax of people  would surely come to waste  unlike   to those  government  who handle  the tax  in to good  motive. Back to topic, i dont  think government  would able  to collaborate with bitcoin  hence  its   decentralized and  cant be  controlled  by anyone and  also  exchanges do have  fees  on each transaction  but  its  not a  tax.
