Well being mother or father too young will lead in childs without respect ,this is happening,but we cant control childs to be curious or do sex,we can say when you going to have fun that way ,think at your future ,you will have to work to pay the expenses of a child.
Certainly this things are the problem in other country over population if it is not control total problem to society, well some other country they implement a bill that every family they are obligate to have just 1 to 2 child to control their population.
