to me it looks like all the one guy did was run bitinstant, which committed the crime of being easy to use anonymously. This is government cracking down on businessmen for not doing the governments job for them. what a bunch of a holes.

If everyone already knew what Bitcoin was this would do nothing. If TBF had not set themselves up as the premiere Bitcoin organization this would do nothing. I didn't say they would put an end to it but it would make it easier if they didn't want to attack. Of course you can still buy drugs in America. Can you go to the corner store and buy drugs? No. It would be nice if we all don't have to use our Bitcoins in secret.

Comparing drugs to music is just silly. I'm going to skip commenting on that one.
