When purchasing things using bitcoin there's nothing to get from it rather spending out your money, you can only generate revenue whenever you started offering a service or get collection center where people do purchase those goods using bitcoin as a mean payment that is when you could starts getting revenues from the sales.

If we are to start with the mentioning of businesses accepting bitcoin for payment we may ended up not listing many as possible because it's going to be a huge list of compilation as at today, what i also ensure is to be on the look of anywhere i go to make purchase abd check all their acceptable means of payment and if bitcoin is included then i pay, atimes i do also request if they have any other alternative means for making payments aside using fiat, some individuals also accept bitcoin if you demand for it or they do first.

The feeling is normal and like using other financial services such as fiat, debit or credit cards, or even Paypal. It's no different, but now I'm not trying to buy things offline or online because I want to focus on collecting more bitcoins.

What matters is that I've tried it before. Since bitcoins can reach $20k-$60k in recent years, I want to accumulate more bitcoins because I want to make a lot of profit selling bitcoins and not using bitcoins as a means of payment. I think like that because maybe it's not time for me to use bitcoin as a means of payment and bitcoin still serves as a long-term investment tool.

I have never tried it yet. But that's a good start for you. Most of my transactions are usually cash which I think is still the best-case scenario avoiding any problems in the long run. As for now, I still don't see a large amount of transactions or options to pay Bitcoin in local stores. I guess this forum has the only highest number of transactions when it comes to buying goods in exchange for Bitcoin.
But, I am not losing hope. Maybe someday I will see a physical store who would offer such service and it will grow. Online? Yes, it's possible but I want a case where I am holding the goods and paying up directly afterwards.

When you're spending Bitcoin, I don't see how it's about revenues. I've probably paid for some sort of subscription with Bitcoin in the past. I also frequently use it as a form of money in two areas: gambling with Bitcoin and donating with Bitcoin. The former is very common but also sometimes overlooked as a way of spending Bitcoin directly, and I do see it as an exchange of money for a service. The latter can either be a straightforward donation to a cause, or it can be a case where you donate BTC and get a service or even a thing out of it as well. In my case, I got a hoodie for a Bitcoin donation a while ago, and also a mental health webinar for a donation recently.

Recently, the government of El Salvador has passed a law making Bitcoin a legal tender in the country. This means that businesses in El Salvador are required to accept Bitcoin as payment for goods and services, alongside the US dollar

As for paying with Bitcoin and receiving real goods, this is already possible in many places around the world. Many businesses, particularly in the tech industry and online retail, accept Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as payment. Customers can use Bitcoin to purchase everything from electronics and clothing to food and travel.

About the adoption of Bitcoin as a form of payment it's still in its early stages as you mentioned on ProtonVPN is a great example of a company accepting Bitcoin as a form of payment on the service and that's great and a positive sign for the future of cryptocurrency as a medium of exchange and the growing number of businesses accepting Bitcoin as a form of payment.

But..What must be considered together with the parties regarding the adoption of Bitcoin as a form of payment in the future so that it can be adopted mass where business people who are still hesitant to accept it because of its volatility and lack of regulatory clarity can calmly run their business without feeling afraid of losing their assets.

The potential of Bitcoin is that you can buy goods anywhere in the world at any time without worrying about whether the payment circuit is accepted or not, because Bitcoin knows no borders.  It is also the only payment system that can be used for micro payments, the classic banking circuits could not meet this challenge.

It may depend on your definition on what a micro-payment is, because the way I see it, it has become more and more difficult to use Bitcoin to send small amounts in an effective way without having to wait literal days, because the demand for block space.

Granted, we have solutions like the lightning network, but I must admit that if we talk about on-chain transactions, there are some altcoins which seem to be a little bit more attractive at this moment; the value/fee ratio is better, imo.

People around the world who don't know how crypto works don't accept Bitcoin as payment for their goods. But if they know how it works and what are its advantages, they will surely accept it as payment. Others who have little knowledge of crypto do not accept this as payment because the fee is very high. But if they only know that there is something called the Lightning network for Bitcoin that makes the transaction easier and the fee cheaper, they will surely accept it.

Every time they offer Bitcoin as payment I pay with Bitcoin (and then buy the same amount back or more with cash), so effectively I'm decreasing my fiat holding, and keeping or increasing my bitcoin holdings when buying with bitcoin.

Sometimes they offer a discount, but it doesn't matter. Paying with Bitcoin feels like living in the future. Moving money around the world without intermediaries, 24/7, and the transfer is done in a matter of minutes.

Some stores are Bitcoin only (no fiat), like this one: https://www.mtsocks.com

They even have a signed proof that the socks are original:

Quote
For every pair of socks we sell, we assign a unique Bitcoin address to them, along with a message (e.g. date of purchase and order ID). We use Bitcoin’s Message Signing feature to create a signature which proves MtSocks owns that address.

When you receive your socks, you’ll be given these details and can use them to verify the authenticity of your purchase. Check that they’re the real deal via your personal wallet or MtSocks by following the instructions below!

Tell me of your experience in buying  goods or services IRL for Bitcoin, please. Like I did purchased ProtonVPN service with BTC for example. I'm interested in total revenue one may get using Bitcoin as a legal tender or money per se.

Been using my bitcoins to pay for like credit card, although it's not a direct P2P as there are 3rd party in between. But still though, it's sound money and legal tender to me so I will go with that route.

So maybe there are individuals who wanted a P2P, or exchanges their Bitcoin to fiat to make it money.

It might take years though before we can see the full potential of BTC as legal tender.

Buy goods with BTC? There are some sites that you can use to buy physical products. Have you heard of purse.io? You can buy any Amazon products through purse.io.

Another thing is that you can pay bills using bitcoin at least here in my country and buy flight tickets.

And I think there are many businesses locally that accept Bitcoin as payment check this thread "

There is a forum member here who started accepting Bitcoin a few months back in his furniture shop. Based on his post back then, I saw a positive turn up for his business, and it was celebrated. (  One Month accepting Bitcoin )

Tell me of your experience in buying  goods or services IRL for Bitcoin, please. Like I did purchased ProtonVPN service with BTC for example. I'm interested in total revenue one may get using Bitcoin as a legal tender or money per se.

I have also purchased clothes from a boutique in my country side and I paid with crypto; it was amazing how they gave out discounts to customers paying with crypto.
You can make Bitcoin a means of payment if you have any organization controlled by you, and then you can see how the turnover will look.

We've been pushing so hard to make Bitcoin a legal tender but on the other hand, I've heard this second thought about the sending fee or better said the transaction fee associated with Bitcoin isn't a small one and it will be great to have Bitcoin as a legal tender especially for people who want to maintain anonymity in almost everything dey do but I guess the transaction fee is a major setback.

I have no issue with selling my coin to fiat when making purchase because I believe that there isn't much need for me using Bitcoin as a means of payment especially with the high fee associated with it.
