yeah agree, id rather invest on bitcoins than buying games or other digital stuffs online. also you can just download games on google for free and theres always a cracked or fulll version of the game without spending a single penny. but i guess its always a good idea that bitcoin can be used on game platform like steam and if they can implement a betting feauture with bitcoins for a much fun experience.

It is a good idea that bitcoin can be used as a payment for online games. Since im a fan of online games like DOTA 2, the bitcoin that i can earn can be used to buy items that i want. It is also a good idea if you will sell any items through online games and bitcoin will be use as a payment.

Bitcoin is a very convenient currency for the gamers of online games because they can easily buy things that they want in an online game using bitcoin and without having too much hassle for going into a physical store for top up. Bitcoin also helped me a lot in buying things in steam and until now i am using bitcoin to pay my hobbies and wants online.

If this is possible then mainstream online games such as dota 2 and league of legends will really have a big profit and for gamers, I think that the value of game-cash will also increase since bitcoins value is very high then more gamers will really spend money for it since it is cheaper.

Bitcoin is the best answer for that sir. To corroborate what you said, here's what Bitpay said on a blog post about Bitcoin in relation to the world's dominant game server like Steam and i quote "While more users are coming online in these countries, traditional payment options like credit cards often aren't available. As the internet's universal currency, Bitcoin will allow Steam to easily reach gamers in every market around the world — without the high fees or the risk of chargeback fraud that come with card payments."

Well, that sounds really nice and a major advantage to gamers, right?

Because sometimes fiat deposits is hassle and takes up days before it can processed unlike in bitcoin.

Bitcoin can give us profits but sometimes you have to used it. You won't even bring your saved bitcoin when you passed away lol. You don't know gamers life I think.

i am a gamer too so its more convenient to me if some online games are accepting bitcoin as a payment. so i didnt waste my time on waiting for an hour just to load up/top up my online games account. this idea is great and hoping that sooner or later, online games are adopt this bitcoin and made some transaction with it.

It is a good idea and should be implemented in most video game retail services, as well as membership based online games. Bitcoin and cryptocurrency are still part of the world economy, no matter what you'll do, and unless somebody powerful or a country like China manages to destabilize it enough to the point of it becoming obsolete there's no reason why online games shouldn't look foward to enabling us to pay for whatever special function their vidya has with bitcoin.

I am totally agree with you !
Buying something in bitcoin is not a good decision anyway because its value will be the double in a few months, otherwise I assure you that every time I perform such a thing I think of the bitcoin's value, but I am generally obliged to do that because I only have the bitcoin as a source of money.

Microtransactions in games would be something interesting but too expensive. Even though they are pretty cheap for normal usage, they won't small enough for cheap in-game items. Just use your in-game currency instead. Pokemon GO rewarding for catching Pokemons and walking a lot is a better idea. Payouts could be made from address every 15 minutes for example.

If we consider Bitcoin as a currency, we should be able to buy anything, including online game contents, with. There's not a lot of people who is aware if bitcoin now, but I believe in Bitcoin because I think it'll be more and more used as a currency in the future.

That's the reverse side of bitcoin : its volatility makes it hard for sellers to propose payment in btc. Today a $60 videogame is around 0.01BTC but these 0.01BTC may be worth $70 or $50 tomorrow.

Im not a gamer but i tried to buy before and this very good to us. Because if they online shop can buy online games it will help the price increase because the gamer will use bitcoin so they can buy online games with the use of bitcoin.

That's correct, I'm used to paying most of my bills online, I wouldn't use Bitcoin though, since I only deem it as an investment to earn more money.
