Probably yes. Especially if it is based on the latest rate. As it can almost immediately be exchanged for cash.

No, as the exchange rate flactuates very heavily, which could either mean I would get a higher payment or even less than I agreed to work for.

If I get a chance to get Bitcoin as salary I will definitely appreciate this as my payment method. I will save that bitcoin for my future.
I will spend them for online purchasing, eating Pizza, get discounts from electronics shop and for Casino Wink

Of course, yes and only yes, because at the moment it is a universal currency that can be exchanged almost everywhere. And it's great, very convenient and promising. It's a pity that many countries are impeding this with their regulations. Legalization is the way to a happy future without corruption and blackmail.

Would you accept bitcoin as your salary in your profession, especially if you work in other country?

For me yes I will accept bitcoin because we can exchange it in our local currency.

Of course, I would be very happy if my salary is in bitcoins. That would be very glad to accept. Its just that the volatility of bitcoin's value will prove to be the hindrance, a double-edged sword that might make you happy or sadden you. I just hope the price of bitcoin will always rise.
The price will not always go up and the volatility of bitcoin is always there so it is like a double-edged sword so for me, it is better to receive the salary from a regular job in fiat because you can decide if you are going to buy some bitcoin or not and you are safe if you will receive in fiat because the volatility in fiat doesn't exist.

The application of payroll with bitcoin I think is very difficult because not all employees understand and know what bitcoin is. but, maybe payroll with bitcoin can be applied in a company engaged in the field of economics or in the field of technology because surely the company always analyzes the development of bitcoin in economic and technological factors.

I will not accept bitcoin as my salary. I still prefer to use real money because the original money will be more useful in everyday life. Let me get the bitcoin from bitcoin and I have to get the original money from where I work.
But all can change depending on the situation and conditions later.

This may give a little bit confusing for all employee specially if the average of bitcoin changing daily like how company solve this problem like in our country the basic salary is 492 pesos per day and 0.00221429 in bitcoin if the value of bitcoin change then the salary rate will change too? or if the employer change the to monthly salary then how the company adjust to this currency?

I think it would be very difficult if we work later on salary with Bitcoin, for example today we are given a salary of about $ 1000 then tomorrow when we want to exchange already $ 900, make heartache, lol

Wow that's a new concept and it would be really great to have that concept on board. Just imagine we are asking our self and our colleagues,  hey bob how much bitcoin you got ! That would be cool concept to implement as long as everyone knows about the bitcoin. The increasing rate of value will also keep us motivated at our jobs because we may get fixed amount of bitcoin but if the price is hiked at the month end then it will be increasing like crazy. That would be like getting appraisal each month of the year. Nice one but it will take lot of efforts to complete in the future. The whole new system will be needed to put in place.

NO i dont want to, because bitcoin price is not stable than real money, look bitcoin price today it drop to the hell, if you receive your salary yesterday you get some loss of your salary, i think for the salary its better use real money and bitcoin as side job to get extra money  Grin Grin
It is a great idea to give a regular salary in form of bitcoins to your employees who are working hard to make your business/industry better and better. In this way they can either save bitcoins in your accounts or they can start making money from them as well through trading and investments.
If you are observing it as a regular beneficiary of company then it is great to do this. They will be having much more bitcoins and they would definitely invest, trade and buy things with it, so ultimately their lives and the repute of bitcoins will be improved. Some people are thinking it as not good because of the fluctuation of price but I will say that if that will happen then the demand of bitcoin will increase day by day and not any dump will happen.

For me I would totally accept bitcoin as a salary in my profession because as you said you can exchange it in your local currency and also you can invest on it. There are many things you can do with bitcoin, you can buy when the price is high and keep it when its low and wait until it goes high again. Bitcoin is really going to be the future of our currency and when that happened bitcoin as a salary will not be question anymore.
As for me, I wouldn't accept bitcoin as salary for my job. Bitcoin is vey volatile.  It is not suitable to use bitcoin as salary. It will only makes me feel  that I wasn't paid at the exact amount of my salary if bitcoin price gets very low during my payday. And I don't think the employer will also like the idea of bitcoin as salary to their employees. It is advantage to us if bitcoin price keeps on increasing but it's more likely unfair to the employer.

Why would you want to accept Bitcoin if you were just going to exchange it back to the currency you're currently being paid in?

I wouldn't want to be paid in Bitcoin at this point. I hold cryptos because I believe in the long-term value of it, but I still need most of what I earn in fiat to pay my bills. Until Bitcoin becomes much less volatile and I can buy a carton of milk with it, I'd prefer to be paid in fiat.

now bitcoin is regular job, everyday i come to HITBTC to trading, and im come to some exchange like poloniex too, im daily cryptotrader, i know its hard to gian money everyday, but my target not much just get $20-$30 everyday is enough, i have arround 1btc to daily trade Smiley

I think the producer is pretty good for a trader with 1 btc of capital, and the percentage of profits from trading results is not excessive and the ratio is sufficient, and maybe i will try to do the same with a small profit target but can be on a regular basis. Because at this time i focus on trading but in altcoin in addition to taking care of my business as a breeder.

This  could be better idea to popularize the currency. There also should be an option between regular currency and cryptocurrency as per the employees choice. Well, I would definitely go for  this, if it is available.

I think having your salary in bitcoin could be etertaining...watching cryptomarket all day Tongue. I dont think any of the employers would actually offer this kind of method because the volatility would affect their business.
