False. Before, there was zynga poker and the like. There's gambling back then even when there was no bitcoins. People buy chips using their credit cards but there are also people that just buy from other players personally by doing meetups. Another point, you don't need to have some "special account" in the banks. You just need a bank account, that's all. You just need to input your bank account and that's how you buy tokens. But it seems it's so hard for you to understand.
