is the same one running Scam Auctions.....

Don't see how these are scam auctions. I won the last round with a 0.01BTC bid. He received 0.010520 BTC in total from everyones bids and sent me roughly 0.4BTC worth of NMC. He lost about 0.38BTC in the last round and I received my prize within an hour.

Gotta love how the same guy who posts about Butterfly Labs and a possible Scam confirmation (SERIOUSLY ? Necro much ? or just trying to jump on a recent bandwagon for the sake of increaing your post count ?), is the same one running Scam Auctions.....

I rephrased the above. I made it say similar, so it should be more clear now.
Simplified the instructions.

nevermind, i looked up 'penny auctions' (seemingly popular in the U.S.) in wikipedia and apparently it's pretty much an entirely different game to 'lowest unique bid' auctions (popular in australia). i always just assumed they were the same thing, different name.

It varies from some to others. But from what I seen online if a bidder out bids you it shows he is in the lead with the amount.
Then you bid on top of him, etc.

in penny action everyone knows the current bid

i didn't know this about penny auctions. i thought penny auctions were the same thing as 'lowest unique bid' auctions, where the current winning bid is not published until after it finishes.
