But That can't make bitcoin to 40K USD. 40K is too far from now, and yes, it does not matter anymore. We have seen bitcoin can increase the price within a few minutes to the hour. At this moment, The crypto market needs some big investor to make the price moon again. I still hope that bitcoin can gain 20K USD in this year, but 40K USD in 2018? No, I don't agree with that.
No one can predict right prices There is so much speculations and fortunetelling and somehow it misleads people in a land which they do not really know of.
Articles only pops up related to events that ALREADY happened. So how do you know that such pump will happen that fast? Because it rose today? I think that it is a weak basis.

Well, if ETFs on cryptos will be launched it can easily reach such levels, and possibly even much more Beyond.
If you need only $20,000 then you have to wait until it goes back to $20,000.

Really?? Sometimes i really don't know whether to believe these cyrpto analysts and experts and some of their comments. Bitcoin to hit $40,000 is a wild guess which i think would happen not anytime from now though i am not doubting it fully but i believe bitcoin can go as far as only $2500 because when people start using bitcoin as a mode of transaction on many platforms and online trading markets, trust me bitcoin will not rise that high.
I wouldn't mind the price of $ 10,000 per coin. I think that bitcoin in the coming years will show a rapid growth, but relative to the price at the end of this year, no one can predict exactly!

I don't think the link is leading to the right topic anyways i have learned many articles regarding the Bitcoin prediction for the upcoming months and i personally have also written answers on this topic many times on this forum also and again add that Yes, it will cross the 40k price level. But when will it cross and how long will it sustain above that 40 price level only time and market will tell us. But be positive here and hope for 40 to be reached by this 2018 year end.

The most realistic increase by the end of this year is about 20 000 - 25 000 dollars.
i agree with your position, it won't be that easy for bitcoin to reach that height.

I think $40k is visible real soon as we get to see the good news that is favorable to crypto weekly. Many investors are coming in and it is seeming like we are close to the mainstream.
I can confidently say that bitcoin for the new year will cost more than $ 40,000, see how it began its rapid growth! and so will go more and more and by 2020 there will be 150,000 dollars!

I think its look like difficult but still the possibilities are there and it is still possible to happen even before ending this year. Because bitcoin has the nature that when its price start getting acceleration then its price can not doubt increasing too much in a very very short time. i said it that the price of bitcoin cannot be laid to the ground as people earlier thought because it always has that trend of going up and down in prices but not to be mistaken for crash as the price of bitcoin will always go higher as he day goes.

No doubt that every thing is possible here in bitcoin market, no doubt that in next few months we can see the bitcoin price trading above 40000$, which the investors were already expected, but unfortunate some bad news turned the situation.
