With the recent emergence of Bitcoin Cash due to Bitcoin Scaling, some bitcoin casinos, such as mBit, Bitcoincasino.us and Oshi.io, have already emailed their players that they implemented the policy of not accepting Bitcoin Cash. Any thoughts?
Considering it is an alt coin, most casinos are not willing to accept this coin. No only casinos but many other services like coinbase wont support this coin. If it manages to survive for months and proper support they might start accpeting those coins too.

Even yolodice have paid out BCH to their users rather than adding it as another altcoin for deposit. Might be few casino will add it in future when bitcoincash network will be strong enough and when blocks will be mined more frequently. Currently we have to wait hours to get 1 confirmation on BCH transaction.

Only hours? :O

Just sent my 1.3 BCC to Bittrex
Will report when I get some confirmations  Cheesy

I feel its better for them to have come out  point blank on their position and I feel its due to the fact they see BCH as an Alt coin and because they will have to start another level of configuration in other to accept which will mean more cost on their part, couple with the longterm availability that is still under discussion. Its a bad business to invest in infrastructures to implement it for now maybe later they would change.

It will change when the chain starts working normally and when we see if BCC has a devoted user base or not, if it does and keeps afloat, some casinos will probably accept it.
I don't see it hitting less then a 100$, it has a lot lower supply (as in lost coins, no access).
You can't accept a coin that has no functional blockchain.

I believe it is their rights to accept Bitcoin Cash or not.  And this these gambling casinos decided not to support Bitcoin Cash I just do not know if they will give their clients BCH equivalent of the Bitcoin their client deposited in their site before the fork and stay in their stash after the fork.  It would be nice if they credit it and give it to their respective owner.
Only a few gambling sites promised to give bch, if one really wanted to have/claim bch, then they should've withdrawn before 31st july.

How can any bitcoin casino accept it anyways?

The sending of them is taking so long.
Even at 2 confirmations for the minimum to have access to them it is taking forever for them to be confirmed.
True. let's see when my tx gets 6 confirmations(probably days).

I'm not sure if others are going to support bitcoin cash. But the same with alt coins that almost all casino's are accepting, bitcoin cash can be one of those alt coins to be accepted.

The good thing is that most of us here are able to get some of the extra bcc to spend. So although it may not mean any values in the long run, it is still good to have these extra coins to play around. It can be purely for pleasure and people are more willing to bet bigger since the coins are free to begin with.

I think almost all casino sites are like that. Betcoin also sent notifications that they're not going to support bcc. As of the moment, i think bcc is considered more of an altcoin and is below btc and even eth.
It is an altcoin, though it can still be considered as something that split from the bitcoin network. Though, in truth, I don't see a good future for BCC (or BCH).
It will just be another altcoin, since almost all services, casinos, and exchanges do not accept it and they declared they will not accept it.

If everybody will just sell Bitcoin cash and not really hold it or use it, I agree, it will just die and prices will just drop. I don't think it will reach anything too, since only a few major players accept it. And the people at exchanges are just buying and selling it out of speculation. So, if I had the chance, I would just also dump it as soon as I can.

Maybe in time they will be supporting bitcoin cash too, Maybe they are just waiting for the right time on when bitcoin cash will be thrend in terms of its value.
Bitcoin cash launched just now so the casinos will look some days how the people will support this coin. If people give more support to this coin and it becomes famous then slowly one by one start to allow players to use this coin to bet in their sites. But I think it takes sometime suddenly it's not possible.

I wonder if any casino is willing to give the users there bitcoin cash on the bitcoin deposits they had sitting on the accounts .

If not all those casinos just made like 20% on there own funds and 20% on all users funds.

And what about sites that have user funded bankrolls?

I'm not surprised though. I agree with NorrisK, bitcoin cash is like another altcoin. The different is they use bitcoin name for easy money and easy promotion rofl, cmiiw. I think big gambling sites will keep using bitcoin as the payment and bitcoin cash will not. Obviously even ethereum is not accepted on some big gambling sites.

That's what I thought too ... until today. Look at this https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin-cash/. BCH is up 65% +, wtf. If this tendency will continue Bitcoin Casinos will surely accept Bitcoin Cash in the future.

Btw Ethereum is accepted by most big gambling sites I know. https://bigcoingambling.com/ethereum-gambling-sites/

Businesses don't make decisions to accept new coin basing on it's 24h price change, or position on coinmarketcap. What they do care is genuine support from users, and so far no one talks how they want to use BCH instead of Bitcoin, in fact most people can't wait to dump it, but they can't because exchanges haven't launched their wallets yet (hence the artificial shortage and price rise).

I'm with you on that one and I really hope the dumping will start soon. This trigger happy behaviour of Bitcoin Cash supporters is unacceptable in my opinion because people should always be able to find a best way and agree on that in order to not putting at risk the enterprise in whole.

It means that they are not supporting Bitcoin cash at all, they want to stick with bitcoin only. Most of the casino's maybe will implement the same policy that they won't be supporting BCH. But I'm pretty sure that there will be some casino's that will accept BCH on their deposits, no other thoughts for this news about those casino's.

Bitcoin Cash's performance is still yet to be evaluated in the next few weeks. I think most of the sites will support the Bitcoin Cash if many  users are enticed to using the new currency. Based on some useful comments here in Bitcointalk.org the growth of the Bitcoin cash will solely depend on the number of users and traders. So if many users will switch or add accounts to get Bitcoin cash, gambling sites will surely soon to follow and support this new cryptocurrency.

We have to wait furthermore before giving some speculations but for just a couple of days the price went up and it's amazing to see this coin. Although before many are saying that everyone is going to dump this coin. But look, everyone has eaten their words including me and wants to get some more BCC but it will not happen for me.

It's their casino, they decided which altcoin they will support! they've decided not to entertain bch/bcc deposits, so be it. i really don't care if they/any other services accepts bch or not. i will dump bch as soon as i can get it on exchanges lol.

Indeed, and we can't really do anything about it since it is actually a management decision. If they don't want to support BCH then that is what it will be. So people have to respect that. I haven't read though about a casino that will accept BCC though for purposes of gambling. That would likely cause some problems with their platforms, especially those sites with only bitcoin as their currency.

I agree. Maybe one of the main reasons why some casinos are not as accepting with BCC is because they haven't really prepared their platform for this change, so the next best thing is to limit their support.

On contrary, I'm sure that some gambling sites will accept BCH too. If they are a good thinker, they will implement bch because of the "less competition" factor. It's a good market right now and users who supports BCH will be their primary target. I guess it's just normal that there are sites that will implement/not implement BCH due to many reasons.

This is not actually new, there's always some gambling sites that won't support some of the altcoins. BCC is an altcoin now and it does not represent as a BTC thats why many people always get confused by it, and it is totally depends on them if they want to accept that kind of altcoin or not but if they don't that is really up to them and you can't do anything about it. As long as they are earning, with the coins and as long as they are happy with their type of coin payment they will not do it.
