I've playing on slots game but my Wagered Percent is still at 0% I dunno why but is someone got this problem also? I've bet about 4mbtc/bet so it's because the amount too small or what?

Afaik, the percentage will change after you wager 1%, so you need to wager at least 30mbtc before the percentage start to increase. The bet amount per bet is not really important, I was betting only with 1mbt/bet and the percentage shown at 1% after more than 30bets.

They should process now your withdrawal, 6 hours ago? That was too long for a withdrawal, its like a btc transaction that has a "medium priority" status in blockchain. Anyways, I will be keep updated here if they finished your withdrawal, I hope they will pay you.
