A warm hello to the BitcoinTalk participants!
As of this year, I have taken over, the BitcoinChaser social media pages. Usually, I'm rather clued up when it comes to posting on social media platforms, however, I must admit BitcoinTalk is different, to say the least.
Until recently I have not been able to understand why the trust rating of the BitcoinChaser profile within this forum is so low. Of course, I stumbled upon this thread created by the user @efialtis. It not only saddens me to see this but I'm also confused at the very same time. @efiatis has stated that they are an affiliate manager and work with many casino brands under the site
https://www.btcgosu.com/. At the time of this writing the homepage of the website displays 3 casino ratings 1.) BC.Game 2.) Stake 3.) Wolf.bet. If you compare the rating of these casinos to our ratings of the very same casinos, you will come to notice that the ratings are rather similar.
I find it extremely unfair to have a user decimate our trust rating simply because they believe a single casino is a scam, which has been the main point of our flag. Additionally, the argument held within the thread does not hold many stances.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.54061000 By using the same logic stated in the thread that hurt our trust rating so badly, "google search 1xbit scam" you could find “scam reports" of any online casino. I wish to prove this by asking you to search "Stake casino scam". Of course, there will be individuals who have felt they have been unfairly treated after losing money. However, you can't really believe Stake is a scam and even if so the user that has flagged us can be accused of the very same actions.
Please understand, that I wish no quarrel with any user on this forum. I simply ask to be treated fairly and have our trust rating fit the reputation our website actually lives up to. Please support BitcoinChaser by opposing the appeal made by the user @efialtis. In fairness to the opposing view, it was a long time ago and our internal company dynamics have changed a lot so we hope that he can relook at the flag. This will help our trust rating reach the level it deserves.
I am glad that someone actually takes some time and looks into it - thanks for that. I used to follow up regularly back in the day, with no success.
I cannot agree with your argumentation though - I am an affiliate, yes - am I pushing provably shady casinos? No
Getting deep into discussing how shady casino x, y or z is, yeah, doesn`t make a lot of sense. 1xbit though is a big shit show, a scam, provably so.
If you want me to remove the flag, stop promoting them - I don`t mind if you keep them on your site but if you do so, add a warning, just like we do. That would even be the preferred way of handling it since players need to be protected, full stop. 99% of all players will be losing no matter what, there is no point in referring them to operators who are so greedy that they act shady even though the odds are with them anyway, just to make even more money.
Nb. Not very long ago, I actually posted a full explanation with regards to BitStarz - a brand I used to accuse years ago (see the thread that you mentioned), too. They have turned out to be a fine brand by now - totally different story with 1xbit though.
Nb 2. You are right about the fact that one can find complaints and scam accusation about every online casino there is. Heck, some casinos even have loooots of those while actually not being a pure scam (I even have listed some that fall in that category). What you find when you research 1xbit though... can`t be compared. Have you actually seen the hundreds of complaints and scam accusations here on Bitcointalk? Have you seen that their trustpilot profile has been deactivated for rating because of suspicious fake reviews? Have you checked 1xBET`s trustpilot? Have you checked out this group`s Wikipedia entry?
Nb 3. I honestly like your site for many things and this is not some crusade or anything - when I created the flag, I did not even run an affiliate site. It appears though that this flag still is as valid as it used to be back then.
Nb 4. I have to admit that based on the above, I should have tagged way more sites, operators etc. I have not even tagged all of whom we have blacklisted on our site. Some food for thought here, I need to see how I will handle it.
Nb 5. I am not interested in some forum drama - I am not ready for such shit so the intention of my post really is not personal, not meant to offend anyone, not you as a person, not your site. If you still feel that I am wrong, I am ready to have a chat on telegram on Skype and talk about it. As mentioned before - nothing is set in stone, I try to be a good guy.
Nb 6. Side note: You are asking for people in this forum to appeal while you obviously do not give a damn about this forum and its users - or else, why would you completely ignore the countless scammed users who have shared their stories right here? And keep doing so since there seems to be no end to this 1xbit mess...
Edit: Back in the day, you had 1xbit prominently listed as the best operator there is - I just checked and this does not seem to be the case anymore. Yet, you are still giving them maximum points with the conclusion:
Words can only go so far when you are trying to describe how the biggest Bitcoin gaming website in the world works. Until you get the full gaming experience placing bets on one of the 3,590 games available or on any of the sporting events available, you will not be able to understand how incredible the 1xBit experience really is. So go ahead, try it out, place your bets, socialize with likeminded Bitcoin gamers on the 1xBit platform and experience the thrill of Bitcoin gaming all under a single roof.
Sorry but this is hilarious -
words can only go so far while talking about the shittiest operator on planet. If one doesn`t check them out, they cannot get how
incredible this operator is...
