Getting deep into discussing how shady casino x, y or z is, yeah, doesn`t make a lot of sense. 1xbit though is a big shit show, a scam, provably so.
If you want me to remove the flag, stop promoting them - I don`t mind if you keep them on your site but if you do so, add a warning, just like we do. That would even be the preferred way of handling it since players need to be protected, full stop. 99% of all players will be losing no matter what, there is no point in referring them to operators who are so greedy that they act shady even though the odds are with them anyway, just to make even more money.

I would like to start off by mentioning that your concern for users within this forum is admirable! We meant no hard feelings in trying to appeal to the flag, however, we too are part of this forum. Since the flag has been raised on our profile, BitcoinChaser has not actively promoted 1xBit. Just as you've mentioned this was an extremely long time ago, yet while the flag may have left recent memory for other users, it has wained over our profile like a dark cloud.
We too wish to become functioning members of the BitcoinTalk Forum, but this can't be done if our trust rating has been shot from the skies since the very beginning of our entrance. I don't believe that we disagree so heavily, you have mentioned that you agree with portions of our argumentation, and also agreed that we no longer actively promote 1xBit. This was in fact the main reason for the flag in the first place.
Our appeal to the flag hadn't been done with the intention to start forum drama, more so to try and appeal to the community that we are now promoting casinos that put the community first. BitcoinChaser pushes many of the same casinos that your site does, at the end of the day we are in fact like-minded individuals. I do believe that we can reach a form of agreement right here within this forum, which is with respect to the community.
