Last discussion with spectrocoin below since then they blocked my email and phone number so they can steal my Bitcoins please if you are let me transfer my Bitcoins from spectrocoin

This is situation is easy if or whenever they decide to unlocked my account and I transfer my Bitcoins I wil post here they have released my Bitcoins but for now they are ignoring me for almost a years now because they want to steal the Bitcoins for themselves. more likely an average customer has more than one card, instead of a fraction of a card....

We are not only issuing cards, it is only one of the options, we also offer exchange services (brokerage) which is our core business as well as bitcoin wallet and payment processing. Hence, a client which uses us to buy bitcoins does not need a card as he is only interested in buying them.

Unique yes 100,000 (for sure some of them might belong to the same person). It hard to say which clients are active (by definition), as their are clients who are using services every week and there are clients using services once in every six months. But more than a half has used as atleast once.

Is there a way the claim of 'having 100,000 clients using us' (perhaps not daily) can be verified? Who is issuing these cards, which prepaid card provider. Can they vouch for how many active cards have been issued in the last years? Anybody who received such a card should have gotten an accompagning letter from the issuer.

If they can't resolve the problems with 1 client (if one looks at how long this drags on), what kind of support are the rest of those 100,000's of customers supposed to count on?

All the issues for our clients are resolved extremely quickly and usually without involving forums and just asking our support team (which is live 7 days a week, from 6am to 9pm London time). We have issued 23,000 cards until today if you are interested and going to have some exciting news in couple of weeks regarding our card offer.

The point I am making it that when you are running a company which has thousands of clients, there will always be some idiots who instead of trying to resolve their issues, will start shouting about the company being scam or so.
