I agree that it has been disappointing, but we just have to keep holding and grinding. Sometimes bitcoin world doesn't give you what you want or even need, or even must have but you just have to keep going. If we stop, if we sell and give up, then the whales that accumulate from these prices will win and they are already whales but because they do not need anything and could buy from here and wait even 5 years or even a decade, they make more money because of their waiting period being longer. So we need to stop selling, realize that its only possible to make a profit if we wait as long as we have to, no matter how many years it is, and that's how we could make a profit.

December is about 12 days left, and the current price is around $16600, it doesn't look like there will be any big surprises, maybe the highest price still to be reached is $19k, and the lowest is probably $15k, any option from that price then i won't sell bitcoin, probably will buy more and hold long term.
Why are you still thinking about the big surprise in December?
Did someone say anything about the big December shock in Bitcoin? To be honest, personally I never thought that December was the month that surprised everyone via Bitcoin, because an increase in the price of Bitcoin itself did not only occur in December, but in other months besides December it could also occur. So there is no need to think that December is the month that surprised everyone via Bitcoin.
Some people well remember 2017, when there was a great rise not only in bitcoin but also in altcoins. To be fair, it was at that time that most users of this forum came to know about cryptocurrency. That's probably why many are expecting the price to rise in December. I was also hoping that December would be green, but judging by recent events this year will be one of the worst years in bitcoin history.
Most of the time the year end used to bring good rise in the market, but everytime the market condition used to vary and according will be the rise in the price. This time we can't expect much growth out of bitcoin. Based on the prevailing situation there is more chance of price dropping down to $15k by the falling week. The same might bounce back, but things weren't assured.

Bitcoin does not have a specific time of rising and their particular kind of falling the problem is that people used their own idea and the mindset of the way they have witnessed rise before to explain or Bitcoin that it's always rice during a particular amount of time which is wrong idea and a prediction of Bitcoin because it does not have a particular time it rises and their particular time at Falls also

I remember very well. Was on a chat with a bot rattling off ATHs as they came. Surreal if anything to see my ATH cherry getting popped.

Problem with that December is that we were waiting for the top on a year long rally. Very, very different from now where we are, if I may say, waiting for a floor to finally show itself.

Really not the same thing. More like 2018 December, when people were still insisting a new ATH was coming after corrections haha.

There are still 12 days to wait so I'm not in a hurry to say there won't be any surprises, although the possibility is very low but that doesn't mean it can't happen. When most people are pessimistic about bitcoin and think it will not recover, then I believe bitcoin will do the opposite, it always has been, and I hope this time too. I hope we have 20k by the end of the year.

December has been running half and it seems that the hope to see the market rising will not occur in December, the number of FUDS after 2 big cases namely FTX and Luna makes us panic and think that Bitcoin will continue to drop, but a good thing is Bitcoin can still survive from pressure.

True. There is FUD in the market about Binance which has pushed down the price of Bitcoin below 17K, the month of December has been bad for Binance, 3.6 worth of assets withdrawan and its native token BNB is also fell to 220 dollars today, it is highly unlikely that we will see Christmas rally this year.

If Binance goes in trouble then we might see Bitcoin around 13K which is its strong support  but hopefully, it won't happen and Binance team will handle the crisis it is going though successfully.

We had expected a December with a rebound in bitcoin after positive signals from the economic situation as well as Fed interest rates, but in the end, things did not go as expected. There are only 12 days left until we enter a new year, and at this point, I also believe that there will be no more surprises, there is too much bad news for the market, so the possibility for a rally will be unlikely.

Let's hope that Binance doesn't crash, if they have a real crash; I think we'll see an all-time low bitcoin, not just $13k, think $3k to $5k if binance crashes.

I believe the bear market will continue till October 2022 because the market may stay on a resistant level, we may not see a molar bitcoin price decline till 2024 but Bitcoin price will be more stable.

The price will rely round between $16k-20k if the market witness any major attack such as the FTX scam it may drop down to 15k.

Yes, we will soon see the new year, in 12 days to be exact. bitcoin price today is $16700 as i see on binance exchange. we are facing the turn of the year and christmas so no surprises going on in the market right now even bitcoin price hasn't strengthened much this month, after dropping quite a lot in the last month. the sellers might increase as the year end approaches and also christmas but it's only a moment and bitcoin could move to strengthen soon.

for the end of the year i think bitcoin will be under $20k and above $15k. I don't see any hard swings at the end of the year. Buying is the right word instead of sell for the year-end holidays. I agree with you that buying at this point is a pretty good option to make.

Bitcoin still exists, what do you mean? bitcoin will probably drop more and even below 10k but it will always live and never die. All these Fuds will soon die after completing their mission of bringing bitcoin down to its lowest price.
Every prediction was wrong when people started to believe that bitcoin would recover after the death of FTX. As I said, things are just getting started.

I am calling 25k for this month as the peak, I do not know if it will finish with that or just hit it and go down later on, but I call 25k to be possible. We already had too many months when it went down and I am not expecting it to keep going down more, which means that if I realized this, the market already realized it. So if we all know that it is unlikely for it to go down even more, then it means we all know the only direction left is to go up.

I know it is not going to be easy, but it is going to happen no matter how difficult it is. Lets realize the fact that bitcoin is at the bottom already, and the direction is up, and 25k is not too high to make it unrealistic.
Not looking good to be fair. I assumed that it would have at least some resemblance of something good, because we have dropped so much from the FTX news and now that news cycle is over I assumed that it would probably be a lot different and a lot better but by the looks of it I am guessing that it's not anything like that.

I hope that it will recover before the year ends and we end up with like 20k price and start the new year like that, but the possibility of 15k is looking more likely than the possibility of 20k for the time being. Right after FTX deal, media published a fake Binance news, and they are doing awesome and yet they are being branded as a bad place right now.

Definitely, we can survived from this pressure, the market is just testing everyone, so it's up to us whether to hold or sell when the price goes down. For sure we know the pros and cons of selling and buying in this bear market. And as much as others think that it's better to sell, then think again, it's the right time to accumulate.

So for this December, the price could be $17k, no more increased but the good thing is that it seems that the FUD around the FTX and Luna has subsided and so we will not find any sudden downside of the price till the end of this year.
The FUD around FTX is really coming to an end, but yesterday there was new news that supposedly the US will introduce a new law that will oblige all crypto wallets to be verified. I don't know how true it is, but if it happens, the price might fall even lower than it is now. But if you put it another way, the pumping always ends where it started. In bitcoin's history, that's about 10k. So it is possible that the price will go back to where it started rising in 2020, when Elon Musk started pumping.

It is confirmed that the price of Bitcoin will increase on the occasion of Christmas Day.  Because this December the price of Bitcoin will be 20,000 dollars.  Now there is a celebration ahead to mark this celebration Bitcoin price will increase for a few days.  Because every year on Christmas Day Bitcoin price increases a little bit but I think it will increase this time too.
Confirmed? I don't know how you do that but as I see, it was not clear where it goes. In fact, many Decembers don't have a rallying price record and we are not sure this month as well.
Well, If your assumption is right then people are happy but we don't have to expect that much knowing that we are still in the bear market. People are still buying and selling, can't assure with the pump but at least we see the price of Bitcoin is moving toward $20,000. However, the situation can be changed anytime.

It is beyond imagination that the price of Bitcoin has gone up and down so much.  Because few hours ago the price of Bitcoin was 18k plus.  But from there the price dropped again to 17K so I think the price of Bitcoin will rise on Christmas day.  Because for the past few years, the price of Bitcoin has increased somewhat in this month of December.  That's why I can say that Bitcoin price will cross $20k in December itself.

Bitcoin market has been very volatile since it was launched which is good for traders to take advantage of it and book profit.
This morning Bitcoin candle opened green and price rose to $17,700 but I don't expect any big rise during the month of December because people will spend money for shopping of Christmas and we may see some selling pressure in the last week as people also need money to spend money for Christmas and new year celebrations.

Bitcoin was almost $18400 two days ago, it has decreased and was unable to break the $18000 resistances, but the support is still at $17000. Bitcoin price has not gone below $17000 yet after it increased to over $18000 on Wednesday. Hopefully, if the support at $17000 is not broken for a long time, it is possible that bitcoin bull market would begin slightly during Christmas, but begin its continuation in January in a way that $20000 would be seen fast in days and may become the support for awhile before $30000 bull market would begin.
There was a slow upward trend for Bitcoin. Following that, it decreased and couldn't hold the $18000 position. It was a fluttering upward move with an inevitable pullback, but not a meaningful move up. As you say, short-term gains are meaningful, midterm pullbacks inevitable, but long-term gains continue. A break of the $18000 resistance will be required for Bitcoin to hit $20,000 again. I guess it won't happen during Christmas, but it will be delayed.
