They responded 1/17 to my support ticket opened 1/12.


I would like to inform you that we have detected and credited a BTC deposit that was previously marked as an orphan due to the amount of time this transaction remained unconfirmed on the bitcoin block chain.

Please make sure to use the proper fee when sending your transaction so that it will be confirmed in an adaquate amount of time on the block chain.

Your deposit history will now show this transaction as credited.

So annoying to receive two emails from them after opening my support ticket, the first to say the request has been received, and the second to rattle off another long list of common issues/links to FAQs.

My ETH also not credited from 5 days ago. Sent a support ticket straight away.

Also in deposit history but still no balance received. Anyone else with same problem?

I have 3 separate BTC transactions, all of them are confirmed on a blockchain, none of them are credited to my account. However, Bittrex history shows that BTCs were deposited. For all of these transactions, low fees were paid and took couple of days to get confirmed.

I sent these Bitcoins from another exchange and they paid very low fees. Had no control over it

Good luck trying to get support, I've been trying for almost a month now, others have had issues since November.
They don't seem to understand the concept of hiring more support staff or don't care.
If they do really care for their business then they should really be sensible enough regarding on this matter because if they would let this thing then for sure people would really jump out into other exchange theres no doubt on that. Before its too late they should really consider to add up personal who handle support because as of now their support system do really suck and would really takes ages for them to reply.
If and when I finally can access my funds, I will be moving my measly funds off their exchange for sure.
I wouldn't put up with this with a brick and mortar bank, I sure won't accept it from some virtual exchange.
If they ever get this resolved ...

Thousands of people have the same issue with no reply from the support

they just send me auto-reply , more than 15 days without any action

and there`s no one had the same problem and solved .

As long as your account verification is all fine and set up, there is nothing to be worried about. Problem with Bittrex is that they are so badly lacking staff to work through their support tickets, that it in some cases takes a couple of weeks to see them respond back to you, which is completely unacceptable, but unfortunately the reality that no one beside Bittrex can do anything about. It has gotten so bad, that they at this point not even accept new registrants anymore, which is something they can only blame themselves for - their lacking will to upgrade (i.e spend money) at the moment the growth was just mildly starting to pick up, is now holding them back and of course the users who are suffering from their incompetence.

Yup, same problem here. Nothing in my balance, but the transaction is in the deposit history...
Hope their reply the ticket and got problem resolved

My deposit was several days under "pending", but since yesterday it is only under "history" and there is nothing in my balance.
Also: when I search the transaction in the blockchain it says "spend". That part worries me a bit...

There is a network problem for deposit/withdrawals at the bittrex.  They want to update their servers. It may take 1-3 days.

So, no panic  Smiley but it is not good situation when you see other exchanges work well
I hope everything will be fine and got my btc credited once server updated
