Bitcoin is back down to $ 7500 and altcoin is also following Bitcoin, is this to buy BTC when it is going down badly or waiting for the price of $ 7,000,
At this time, Many reports also indicate that the whales are also moving to their own wallets and long-term holds. So I think that if you hold a long-term, then there is no problem buying BTC at the moment.

Another thing is that you don't know for sure if the price will fall down more. I'm inclined to think it will drop more, but markets can reverse at any time without notice, so better make sure you at least have some Bitcoin in your wallet.
Yeah markets can reverse at any time that's why I am holding few amount of bitcoin doesn't matter btc price down or rise. Also I have few bucks to play with bitcoin.I am trying to buy btc in cheap price and trying to sell when price ups.though I made 1000$ profit in last 2 months. Now waiting for 7000$.lets see what happen.

maybe not new when bitcoin has fallen sharply like this, and a few days later it will improve again so why not to buy again?
if you have confidence that bitcoin will rise, what choice will you make?

it's better to wait until the situation starts to improve. buying now is not a good choice, we know that the market can get worse. so don't rush to conclude what happened.

but if you want to buy, go ahead. I can only advise
I would say that it depends on what the goal is.... if you want to dollar cost average, then it's definitely a good time to buy because the same amount of fiat allows you to stock up on more Bitcoin than the day or week before.

It's also a good time to buy for people with a long term view where their focus is to sell at $20k or higher. It makes not much of a difference whether you buy today at $7.5k or potentially next week around $7k or $6k.

Another thing is that you don't know for sure if the price will fall down more. I'm inclined to think it will drop more, but markets can reverse at any time without notice, so better make sure you at least have some Bitcoin in your wallet.

I think this bitcoin price is already low, will you buy it soon? We know that the prices of bitcoin and altcoin have dropped dramatically, but I think this is an opportunity for you to invest in bitcoin and I do not expect that the current situation of trading on the daily basis is risky.

As for me, it's another opportunity for wise traders to take for they will be able to buy at a lower price. Nothing to worry about this price or to panic about because it's a usual scenario in crypto. The good thing is, Bitcoin still recovers after a few days. There are lots of possibilities that might happen so we have to deal with every market situation.

this is the reason why when someone says BTC has bottom out its the opposite that you have to expect. the drop looks very sharp and if they hit the floor it can really drag the price down to probably the last bottom like $3k to which i hope not. but i'd have to dump mine as well. now that i'm also seeing uncertainty to all these. the gurus in the chat says dump so i must.  Grin no reasons at all.
The drop was way too sharp that it seemed very unnatural. My guess is some whales went and sold his coins in a very short time span. It was really unexpected since I had the idea that it would actually move sideways and would only drop a bit to around 7900 or so and then stabilize there. It is good news for those who want to buy though. It is an opportunity to hodl cause I expect a push through 9k in the near future and could possibly increase further because of the may halving about to occur next year.
Surprising that even after a steep fall, other altcoins are doing decent, hence, I don't think its a market crash. Market is volatile and is in the hands of big investors or whom we call 'whales' and rightly stated, I believe this fall is due to a huge bitcoin dump in an attempt to manipulate the market.
I'd suggest the buyers to wait and see if the price falls further down, and purchase more once it hits 7000$, bitcoin will recover and I really wish this fall is temporary, which seems so looking at altcoin markets

Not surprising at all. All the events that should have pushed the market forward have passed and have failed to move the market towards the right direction. I do not see any purpose why BTC should raise again till the end of 2019.

I think it's a good time to buy. Of course there is always a possibility that I drop down even to 6k$. But what if not? Eventually it will reach new ath in the future, so better enter now and Ensure your profit from 7.5k$ level, that waitin' for drop more. For example

Let's assume that you will wait and bitcoin in fact will drop to 6k$ - you win.

But what if now?

What if bitcoin will start his ath raid and you will wake up too late and enter let's say 9-10k$.

You should move this to the speculation section because it doesn't seem to be much about altcoins.

Bitcoin is going to come back and altcoins will follow, just as they always do.  Owning any crypto can be an extremely rough ride, and that's an essential fact that any newbie to crypto should know.  The volatility at times can make you nauseous, almost akin to a ride at disneyland where you're whipped upside down at 50mph.

This may not be the bottom, either.  Bitcoin rose from about $3500 to get to $10,000 and it did so pretty quickly.  And guess what, it can fall back to that $3500 level or even go lower.  I don't really think it's going to, nor do I think altcoins are going to keep falling...but they might.  Just strap yourself into your seat and hang on and *don't sell*.

Wait for it first, as some traders is telling that it can go down to $7k or more depending on the movement, so better to wait and buy the dip if possible, if you are interested to buy. It would be really nice to accumulate Btc now as it is down as expected, for sure it will rise again after few months, so if you have fund, don't hesitate.

This is a bitcoin price that cannot be confirmed by its low point, some say bitcoin is a low 8k price, then some say it is a 7.5k low, so I think this is still speculation and it depends on you whether you want to buy or not , which is clear if buying bitcoin from now there is no loss in the price of bitcoin provided that do not choose altcoin that is not certain.

For me, it is a good time to buy it because I can afford to hold it for a while and does not affect me that much if the price goes lower again. On the other hand, can you hold it if the price goes down to $6.000? no matter how low it is, as long as you do not sell it. You do not lose anything, but if you are selling it when the price goes down that means you are losing it.
