nah I am positive that the price of bitcoin will go up but not sure when..I think this thing happening to bitcoin right now is kinda reminder to us that we should be careful and always watch what is happening in china because their government is unpredictable.
I think investors just panic because of the bews about china.but still hoping that tomorrow or nextweek it will pump up again.and never dump super down.fake news affext investors also.

the users of bitcoin is not only from china, don't you think when china banned bitcoin transactions at the end of this month, Bitcoin will also end together with that. Bitcoin 's users spread from whole the world and i believe that they are stronger and bigger than china government regulation about banning bitcoin. they will do everything for bitcoin keep exist. .Now bitcoin under 3600$ i think in this week its going to under 3000$.China can destroy bitcoin or ended this month.What your predict ?
I dare to say the Bitcointalk community is a minority among BTC but as long as we have this community here, there's just no way BTC will end or get destroyed in this month (and there's just 15 days more to go only). Even going below $1800USD seems quite hard to me.
I think it's just a lie that will affect bitcoin owners to sell all their botcoins for fear of losses, while on the one hand there will be those who benefit from the fee of the sale transaction.
I think this is a test and the usual thing in bitcoin, the negative issues always accompany bitcoin, and I'm sure the bitcoin performance will return to the correct track.

I dont believe that bitcoin will lose this month yes it can fall down again but its not destroy or end if you'll look the history of bitcoin you'll see the fluctuation of the bitcoin some times the bitcoin have a higher value and somethimes the value of bitcoin will be diminishing. Bitcoin price will start to increase in the next month. My advice for you is to buy everything you can when the price of bitcoin will go under 3000 USD. This is not the end of bitcoin and bitcoin will not be destroyed. Just buy now under 3000 USD and wait 4-6 years. This is the market sometimes it goes down, sometimes it goes up, you have to learn to read its indicators. It is not very complicated some things tell you in advance what will happen.
Chaina banned bitcoin so a great damage or destroy in the market of bitcoin. It falling down and down.it may be down to line of 3000$ in week. It is the main problem of bitcoin market.
Please read the news properly before you comment anyhow. China didn't ban any cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin but they asking all crypto exchanges to stop that doesn't mean that they banned Bitcoins.
I do not think bitcoin will be destroyed because in some countries there are already transactions with bitcoin, but bitcoin is currently experiencing a drastic decline. hopefully the bitcoin quickly rose again the price.
Anything goes up faster, it will come down even faster. Bitcoin prices went up from 1500+ to 5000 range within very short time.

First most, if not all of those posting here, do not understand that China has a censorship/firewall system that can block anything and everything related to BTC if they so choose. How can people put their money in something if they have zero ability to access exchanges let alone have the ability to see the current price? China already does this to a large % of websites and search engines. Most businesses and government entities like the US military have had these censorship systems for years. It's just a matter of how far of a web that they want to throw down on their people.
If there is a financial crisis in China, and it's in the cards, there will likely be capital controls. The first target will likely be cryptocurrencies to stop outflows. The USA is already doing everything they can to enforce capital controls without actually calling them as such. How long will it take or what event must occur before covert controls do not turn overt? I read things about the US Constitution. Since when has it been followed? Most laws on the books now, especially financial, are unconstitutional. The problem is that politics prevents these "laws" from ever making it to the Supreme Court to be overturned.
Cryptos can be shut down by most governments and at any time they choose, regardless of their laws. Martial law can change everything regardless of what is on the books in a democratic system or a republic where the individual is sovereign.
No matter how much people are insisting it, they understand neither due process or history. They don't understand that governments, even in "free" countries can seize or censor whatever they want whenever they want to do so. In some ways, the internet makes censorship even easier than ever before. This is the true risk of BTC...and probably one that most do not want to think about let alone admit.

well said. most people fail to understand this and go on predicting games and trying to find good entry point and exit point... there is bigger picture here that most new and experienced investors or traders dont know or fail to care about

but it is true, too many times china use this strategy to make btc price dumped but it is work. maybe need to hold longer time so btc can back to rise againOnly option is too really hold on our bitcoin after this deluge that we are facing. I don't know if your conspiracy is true, but everyone loves to buy in dip so I'm expecting that a intelligent investors would enter the market right now because the price is too cheap. It just sad to see that after the Aug 1 split bitcoin price was not deter by it but the opposite had happen. Then China and all their shenanigans started to pull back the price because they are now waging war on bitcoin buy banning ICO then now closing local exchanges. But someone like Japan can really step up and continue to buy more bitcoin to offset this panic.
On another thread i read that true bitcoin is only one and it has 21 million limited supply. Others can be named as bitcoin but they are not.
I think there is now a panic where -man, it makes bitcoin prices more mudslides especially traders, most of them choose to sell their Bitcoin and wait time to buy below.
The price shed 11% in last 24 hours due to the rumors and the closer of a bitcoin exchange in china but according to the news other exchanges are working as usual in china as they say they do not receive any instructions from central bank of china. In my opinion the price will recover. Due to usual huge fluctuations in the price of bitcoin other investors also sell bitcoin thinking they can minimize their loss but in my opinion the price will recover and will go high as other exchanges are working normally in china.

Bitcoin surviving all this time and then destroyed by china in just a blink of an eye? Nah. Will not happen, dude! It may affect the value since the market there is big, but crashing down simply because of it? It is not happening, ever.
