A guy open sourced some of his code for an exchange. The code itself is far from finished, but could be a decent place to start from. Let me know if you do anything with it.

I wrote a backend in node, but I'm not open sourcing it [yet?]

If you want to pm me, I'm happy to get you started in the right direction once you decide to roll your own. It was actually surprisingly easy to get the bitcoin backend connected once you understand how the client *really* works...
