It is a nice one for people that already know about bitcoin, but I don't think for a second that the unaware people will give one thought about permissionless or inviolable when they read about what bitcoin is.

It should be easy to understand for people that know nothing about bitcoin, otherwise they will never join as they think it is way too complicated.

Yup that pretty much sums it up.  it However I think it's good to remember that these characteristics/features are not immutable in and of themselves. They are enforced through code which means that they can very easily be modified.  Also one of the replies to that tweet, gave me a good laugh: "You forget unscalable."  Cheesy

LOL Yeah it just sums it up the bitcoin in one single tweet. Though you can add some description, but I agree its the closer description maybe about bitcoin. If not limited,we can say all what we want to say.
yes right we can always have some idea about btc but not bad for that tweet mate. good job

Does sum it up, but just asked my wife to give a quick impression of it, and she said it sounds like its something bad. So not the best introduction I would show to a person new to bitcoin.

I would have used something like this : Bitcoin, The internet version of Money. Awesome! I guess Andreas's new book title is the closest explanation of what Bitcoin is, namely "The internet of Money" Twitter is a great platform, but it's limited in it's application, and this is one of the reasons. ^hmmmm^

That's not bad, probably could have been a bit more simple or concise however it does wrap it all up in a pretty good sentence. It's a shame twitter doesn't have anything decent on it because of the character limit, but what was done there was pretty good.

Yes more words are needed for twitter, it's really hard to say what you mean in a very short sentence.
But using this, you can write more words.

Could you explain the reasoning behind your statement?

Pretty much sums it all up indeed! This is one for those who say that the Twitter character limit doesn't allow people to say anything interesting Cheesy
