i feel you man . that was also my advocacy , i help promoting bitcoin to others and i explain it to them that bitcoin is about a new payment system and its not about something that can give you an easy money .

Holy cow , 9 years ? that was freaking long and that is literally a verry long term hodling sessions . long term hodling to me is only good for 3 to 6 months and the longer i could get is only over a year .
Oh well , thats their decision and every one has a different goals in life but aside from long term investment i believe bitcoin itself is also better for short term since its nature is a highly volatile which means the value can unexpectedly pump or dump in a matter or time .
