we are basically in a heavy despair phase, if we can set the whole fork drama, i'm sure bitcoin is at elast 50% done, in terms of bright future

I'am not  following you here ,  idon't get what you said on your last part honestly , what do you mean ? If we bypass the fork drama then Bitcoin is dead ? Shocked make no sense to me

No, he meant that if we passed the blocksize drama successfully, we passed a massivelly huge milestone which is nearly 50% towards Bitcoin's ultimate success.

That would be a huge mile stone. I mean look at people freaking out over the bitcoin being split.

That itself is a mile stone if people still end up dealing with it, and just adapt to get to that stage.

Bitcoin if not itself but a coin inspired by Bitcoin will  become the one world currency.  Would like to see it being Bitcoin.

I feel like its one world commodity then currency though.

Although I can be wrong, but seeing bitcoin in micotransactions seems not ideal esp when someone can just use their credit card.

In a few words to describe.. I say.

Freedom and innovation. But yeah, outside from bitcoin I dont see any other person who presented itself a solution to banks doing what they want but this.

Bitcoin future can be described with just one word: "MOON".

Some people like myself can only see the moon from a distance to be possible, if were to build a successful rocket ship.

That rocket ship represents stages of events of realistic scenarios that increase the price point. Eg: exchanges, corporate adoptions etc.

Bitcoin will have a future. It's just that it's not the time for it to sparkle. Just wait until Bitcoin XT goes down and then we will see how well it would go for good old Bitcoin.  Grin

Our world is evolution, Internet evolutionates faster... probably tomorrow wouldn't appear that thing I'm speaking about -another kind of virtual money is on my mind-, but I'm sure someday anybody will reach something better and notable than BTC. When it will appear? I really don't know, all is possible  Wink

It's not like switching social networks. If Bitcoin really did conquer the world then BTC itself would evolve alongside it. You couldn't just hop from coin to coin when vast amounts of wealth was tied up in it.

It would've spent decades building enough trust for people to take the plunge. They're not going to do it all over again in a hurry. We're seeing that right now with conventional currencies and the switch to Bitcoin. If it ever happens en masse it'll be a slow and very gradual grind.

Hope that idea become a reality, it should be good for all Smiley

People will not be walking around with paper pieces with a dead irrelevant dude and 3 misleading numbers on them in their pockets in year 2065.

That's for sure.

Someday any other thing will replace it and BTCs value will go to 0 forever. That's for sure.

Or maybe there'll always be something with that name which bears no resemblance to its current form. Sending unforgeable money through the airwaves is an idea that's unlikely to go out of fashion any time soon. In an ideal future there wouldn't be any money though.
