If you're planning to make a gambling website in a unique manner, I could suggest you to create a game with milestones to be reached. Based upon reaching it you can give the pay amount, but initial deposit in terms of bitcoin or other digital currencies is a must to start the game.
You may be better of developing a game and selling it or licensing it to one of the big players.
If you get a good deal, you may get a cut from the winnings. Just need to create the game that you want to host and if it is a licensing deal, you may even be able to use it for your own site after you generate money with it.

Without having an idea,you aren't really heading anywhere.Do you have a lot of money to invest ? You should specify what you could contribute from your end.Don't tell you're going to act as a intermediate between an idea and a investor.
For information,no one with unique ideas just give it away like that unless you have enough funds to invest..I do have a few,inbox me to discuss it further.

You need the cool and brilliant idea without losing any penny , i dont think anyone will try to give you a new idea for free, if you want really then you can start a competition thread so that they can also get benefited.

i think you can add bonuses for new member which is register into your site, beside that, you can add faucet for your member because the member always happy with free satoshi. the other maybe you can make an event for the launching of the site, after that, you can make another event to attracted more people.

I think the most esensial on building gambling website is we must have much capital for first before make the gambling game.
Gambling website needs much promotion and it is mean will needs much capital too.
I think whats more important than your "unique" idea is how bankroll you have to get the site up and running.
Running a server is cheap and so is the programming but you need at least 100 BTC of bankroll and need to prove it publicly before people send you any deposits.
Because what if someone wins 10BTC on your site but you have less than 10 BTC in your cold storage to withdraw? Its not fair.

Of course it cannot compete for whales like that, but for a large portion of gamblers that is probably sufficient.
I think 1% house edge is decent and most of the gambling sites are keeping that house edge , to be frank you are starting the site to earn so be genuine and keep everything open, and about the bankroll then it is upto the Site owner that how much big players he wanted to play on his site so according to it you have to show the Deposit of your wallet.
I like one thing said in above it keep your transaction detail open so that anyone can come and see what is the position of the site , like this it will be fair and open so that who wanted to invest in gambling sites can come and contact you, like this you can develop your site more.

Op, brilliant and cool ideas are not cheap. I am not comfortable with sharing my thoughts and ideas so somebody else could use it for free.
If you want help then please offer some kind of bounty system. Some form gratification for ideas you would potentially use is a must IMO.

How much amount you are willing to put? It's not a joke building a bitcoin gambling site nowadays since competition has really heating up due to the fact there are already lots of it. You need to pay for devs, hosting, advertisement, promotions, giveaways and PRIZES. Yes some of the things are affordable but it doesn't take it easy. Plus the maintenance and miscellaneauous fees.
There are big players who are throwing away big amount and you should match the amount they are throwing in case of a win.
