You must be new to this space. Given current price levels, the price of Bitcoin has grown with more than 9,000,000% since July 2010 ($0.08) and with about 700% since the start of the bull market last year. In addition, this market is known for wild price swings, but we certainly don't need FUD like the above to see how low we can go, because it discourages people with little experience from participating and encourages them to sell at a loss. I am hoping you're not in the market to sell at a loss. There are no guarantees, but the price should go up again and sooner than you think.

Now it may sound intimidating and gloom-and-doom for Bitcoin, and that is what the media wants to accomplish but it's farthest from the truth..
Yes, we have seen the price of Bitcoin falling this month and temporarily it may continue to fall but only for the short term..
In fact most likely we are going to see the most massive bull run for Bitcoin in 2018 that will smash all records and put Bitcoin towards $50,000 valuation by end of 2018.

It is possible because at this point I wouldn't put anything past bitcoin to actually happen so I think it can go to 1k just as it can also go to 20k all we can do is just strap in and hold on tight for the ride.

if just a prediction, I think it is not entirely accurate if just looking from the chart. cause determines the rise and fall of bitcoin prices rather than investors, holders or traders. and also many people still believe that bitcoin prices will return as late as last year

It is a fact that the bears are in control and that a death cross is in sight. The price could drop below $7000, but it won't go below $6000. Bitcoin dropping to $1000 is a ridiculous thought and it's very unlikely that that will happen. If the price would drop to $7000, bitcoin will start rising again.

True, if Bitcoin reaches $1,000, then that pretty much means that Ethereum would be about $50-100 which is almost impossible to imagine.

I highly doubt bitcoin can go back to $1,000 as there are multiple psychological support levels between here and there.

Impossible for Bitcooin to come back to 1k dollar because it has gained all that much which is impossible for any other business or any other cryptocurrency to gain that much popularity. Everyone one is entitled to his own personal opinion and if you say bitcoin will go down to $1000 it OK and a good prediction but to be frank with you a lot of investors will kill them self's if that eventually happen, bitcoin price is very volatile and at such no one can say what will happen in the nearest future but am positive that $1k is not coming any time soon.

If bitcoin prices touched $ 1000 I think there will be a very fast pumping back where investors will enter the market and buy bitcoin with a lot because the price is so cheap. I would do the same thing when bitcoin price touched $ 1000. However, I think it is difficult to happen, we'll see how it goes.
