I have already get something from an airdrop which i don't remember when i participated. You guys please write here if you find a proper exchange, also i couldn't find it on cmc
Yobit already traded the bitcoin gold and the price seems nice in my opinion, but remember you are not able to transfer your bitcoin gold until the network of the bitcoin gold will be live and you will able to send your bitcoin gold after there are some miners are helping to run the bitcoin gold network.
But binance seems to be a recommended choice for you to trade the bitcoin gold after the hardfork. You can try to visit the binance blog and see when the exchange site will be traded the token.

As far as i know, there is still no wallet that supports btc gold.
This for its own, and the fact that there are pretty much premined coins does not look good to me.

I was just wondering if there were confirmed exchanges doing the bitcoin gold airdrop/snapshot/giveaway or whatever you want to call it?
I think I've only heard Binance?
Yobit and hitbtc already confirmed to distribute the bitcoin gold to all of the bitcoin holders in their exchange site. About another major exchange such as bittrex and it seems the bittrex will not be opening the bitcoin gold trade in short time.
If you want to choose I want to save BTC on HitBTC, there I feel safe.
and worried about yobit, I have not used yobit for a long time.
if any good experience share here.
thanks.

I assume that you need to convert or keep Bitcoin first until the end of October 24th.
May be the same as August 1, even if you keep Bitcoin anywhere will receive BTG, Bittrex has notified 1: 1 BTG when you hold the BTC.
What will happen next?

The binance exchange will sort out the bitcoin gold on your behalf, it's a reliable exchange so worth leaving some btc there incase other exchanges fail to deliver.

As far as i know you will get free bitcoin gold if you hold it to the wallet where you hold your private key.
Exodus is supporting it.
I have also heard about binance.
But Bittrex and other larger exchanges didn't give any clear statement.

In addition to Exodus, HitBTC is also supporting Bitcoin Gold, so there will be free Bitcoin Gold if you are storing Bitcoin there. The same is true with Kraken. As regards Bittrex, they have just announced it today that their platform will also give the same number of Bitcoin Gold to those who have bitcoin balances in their wallet. So far, these are the only exchanges that I know will provide free Bitcoin Gold to its clients.

bittrex will probably give BTG to those who have BTC in their accounts by 24th October but they are still in doubt whether they will open trading

HitBTC also supports Bitcoin Gold. Users will receive the exact amount of BTG as much as BTC that they hold in HitBTC wallet. They will also provide new market/trading pair for BTG on 25th October. But they will only enable BTG transaction a week after the fork, not that bad of a news as long as you dump it to BTC as soon as you can, right? Tongue

They will also give the same support to the upcoming 2X hardfork in mid-November. Read more here https://blog.hitbtc.com/hitbtc-announcement-on-bitcoingold-and-segwit2x/
So far yobit hitbtc and cexio confirmed the support for btc gold, bittrex will follow 99%

Bittrex has stated about it.
They accept bitcoin gold, but hasn't been sure yet about to open for trading it

I think bittrex also supports bitcoin gold. I saw on twitter about bittrex statements through their official account.

OMG! what the fuck about the pre mined to the developers, that was just kind of the scammer, Bitcoin gold is created just to be another money grabber. That was a bullshit thing and i say thanks to the bittrex.

The only reputable exchange I have heard of is Binance. You are better off to keep your BTC in the BTC wallet which you owe the private key. In this case, you have full control of your Bitcoin Gold.

Yobit and CCEX have shown interest in listing the coin but I think they did to prevent most of their users from withdrawing their Bitcoin, most people believe most of these exchanges don't have all the users Bitcoin at their disposal
