If you think about it, it's probably a ponzi scheme. Think of it like this. You send your money, your paid your 3% from a new guy's deposit, and the new guy gets paid 3% from a newer guy.

If you can guarantee 10% profit per day then why even bother with setting up this service? You can take your own money and multiply it by a factor 5000 in 3 months. Why go through all the technical and service efforts just to scrape small bits off the top of customer investments?

Conclusion : obvious ponzi scheme. Avoid like the plague.

Why does your template show plagarized content from other sites that were known scams and if your secure why aren't you using a SSL certificate for your own site?
