It means nothing. It increases and decreases for small amounts. If you have Bitcoins, I would say sell them now and get some small profit in case you bought them for less than $240.

yes yes, I clearly remember smart guys like you before years, when they start shouting "omg, sell now and buy more BTC, once it will be below 100$". You are recommending to do something, which may (most likely) never happen any-time in future..

He never said that it's going to to $240.

Ahh yeah, you are right, sorry. It is tempting to sell now for guys which bought at ~240 or even lower (like me) but hodling is so cool:) anyway, for those, which are not is some finance need doesn't make sense to sell it now anyway..

I've to say I disagree with this one. 100$ means that the price will need to go down at least 120$ depends on the current price. but right now the price only needs to go down by 40$ to get to 240$. I know it's still hard to imagine, but keep in mind that the price was at 240$ just a little while ago. and you never know what people will do when they start seeing sizable decrease in price

He never said that it's going to to $240.

whoops. I guess we all do that sometimes.. sorry bout that

What if the price does not come down below $240?

It's not "what if" because it will most likely will never get back to that amount , I know we can't really predict otherwise we would be all rich but there is some factors and I guess greece is one of those factors even if i don't understand why it started now while their problem started days ago

290$ now Shocked Kim Dotcom said Buy Gold and Bitcoin so buy gold and bitcoin it is however he was speaking about Greece issue and I don't see how greece is the reason of the current pump to be honest , they can't withraw a shit from their bank accounts (little amounts) so not sure how that affected on bitcoin  Undecided
even if it's market manipulation it can't be that big , I mean they can't pump the price to whatever they want to between a night and another one.

In Houbi it hit PPROX $350. I think chinese manipulation.
So you're telling me that any rise that occurs means that someone is manipulating? Please.
I wonder why people have an attitude like this one. When the price is going down they are complaining and making theories, when it is going up they still persist.

I was actually surprised since I made a post a few hours ago and said the price was around $272. It is actually nice to see Bitcoin going up again, it was about time.

There was definitely a lot of volume in a short period of time: 1.7k and 2.9k. If we look at the tradeview we can clearly see reduced resistance until at least $350.

I think most of the European countries having the same problems as the Greeks, are slowly moving to Bitcoin markets. The Greek situation was just the spark needed to light the fuse.
International markets also got a bit of a fright with the 30% collapse of the Chinese markets, and some of them are looking for a relative safe investment
Where is my popcorn? This is a show not to be missed. ^chuckle^

correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the chinese stock market and greek collapse play a big part on this.

OMFG that was fast!

http://preev.com/btc/usd

Check price here..
The average of the big exchanges.. Some might say 300$ even.. But that doesnt count!!
We need the average to be above 300$ xD

yeah I've been keeping preev opened on another tab. I was just surprised to see it reached 288$ when the last time I noticed it was still at 281$...
