Those who hold bitcoin will certainly always try to make a profit through the bitcoin investment they do. When they see the price of bitcoin tends to decrease sharply enough and allows them to suffer the risk of a large loss which in the end they sell the bitcoin they have is part of the investment strategy. There is always a price movement in every investment as well as bitcoin investment, and of course there will always be those who sell and surely there are also those who buy and there will always be those who faithfully hold the bitcoin they have for the same purpose namely how they can benefit through investment bitcoin. For me those who sell or even leave bitcoin and switch to other investments, it is not betrayal, but it is part of a strategy in an investment. And of course bitcoin will always be the best in cryptocurrency and in time bitcoin prices will definitely rise again high enough.

the crypto market is very unpredictable and requires special attention among all investors and those who have already failed on the exchanges. my opinion is that bitcoin will grow this year and up to 20 thousand dollars and will be on top. 
I'm sure that the absolute majority of investors will give up Bitcoin if it completely loses its value. I see nothing wrong with that. We are all here in order to benefit from crypto currencies (of course, many of us are delighted with technology, but this delight is with technology, not with specific coins). If something more valuable and convenient than Bitcoin appears, the majority will begin to use and accumulate a new coin.
No need to overestimate the role of Bitcoin in our lives. If it is to happen it would be gradual, not everyone will see or believe

For every twelve, there is always a judas that's very synonymous with life, so it's shouldn't be new to us, even as we speak some many person's have pull out of bitcoin due to the bearish nature of the market now, but till death do me part, I stand with bitcoin.

I do not agree that bitcoin should just be kept in our wallets. This is contrary to the main purpose of Bitcoin as a means of payment. This is only digital virtual money, and for a good growth of money their turnover is needed. If most people just keep Bitcoin in their wallets, it can be worthless. People just stop using it.Well, if you will be asking me and considering the price movements that is happening last year up until now, I'd rather keep my Bitcoins in my wallet for some time now rather than using them. The value of them right now is still low and I can't loss another profit if I will be using them. Holding also helps since it reduces the BTC on the circulation.
for me I just keep on holding coins even though it is still low in prices in the market will come as time is coming back at high prices. I still keep on supporting bitcoin because it's advantage in technology
If the betrayal is defined as selling their assets, then it is a big mistake. precisely the purpose of all holders is to hold and sell it when the price is high? what I applaud from the holders is that they want to hold it and still believe even though the market is destroyed
You have a point and that might happen in the future due to the fact that there will be an advanced technology that could beat Bitcoin. The real question here is when?. Our technology is advancing so fast that in no time we'll be in an age where the computer is everything.
Majority might dump as major bitcoiners (now a days) are just investors but as more and more authorities are either recognizing or accepting BTC as payment - Bitcoin is already mainstream.

I don't know, is it betrayal if you decide one day that you will sell all your Bitcoins? Perhaps it is only if you commit to HODL it for eternity. But of course, you simply cannot do it. Later on, you will decide to sell them. I cannot predict as to the exact reason why. Perhaps because a BTC is already worth a million dollars, or perhaps because you are in need for some cash, or perhaps because it is already dying. Only time will tell. Although as of now, I cannot leave Bitcoin for certain reasons. One of which is that it has yet to blossom fully and I am committed to contribute to its success by having some and by using it accordingly.
I think there is no point of betraying bitcoin, specially when we already gain on it in so many ways. Maybe we have our different sight and opinion regarding crypto but I strongly believe that there are maybe only few people will have the courage to betray this bitcoin, because it is really a very helpful coin and it helps is a lot in terms of financial problem.

Most people in this market are speculators, so there is no betrayal. In other words, the number of believers in Bitcoin is much smaller than that of speculators, more people chasing only money, not belief in Bitcoin.

No it will never happen bitcoin is like gold and someday those who sell their precious bitcoins will surely regret if it will recover again next year and reach another record high Im a hodler and I will never sell my hard earned btc no matter what just by listening into FUDS by different media.

Every investor and traders are opportunists, if you are not one, you will not be able to earn.
We should not address all of them as opportunists because obviously, they are holding Bitcoins so they can be able to earn a profit. Why would they hold Bitcoin in the first place right? If they want to pump the price of Bitcoin, there is no way that they will not sell thay in a certain price.
this is true and i totally believe on it . bitcoin hodlers will betray bitcoin one day when the time where bitcoins value will drop harder and wont recover anymore . this can also happen to atlcoin and token hodlers because if bitcoin could totally collapse , other cryptos are also affected because they are all connected to bitcoin .
whats the point of staying is they were obsolete anyway? i am right ? instead we humans will find another way to earn income and that is to invest again on other stable and more safer alternatives .

The bitcoin holders that would betray Bitcoin are largely those who do not believe in the Bitcoin potentials.
Those of us who believe in the huge potentials and benefits of bitcoin in the long run despite the present value will never betray bitcoin.

I think many holders will betray but bitcoin future is bright so its look like impossible they hold till bitcoin death because they are experience and they manipulate bitcoin price from bulk buying and selling.
