In my opinion it would be better if bitcoin could handle more transactions cheaper and faster , this will make bitcoin much more valuable. People are just focusing on the price of bitcoin while other projects are beating bitcoins tech right now.
I'm not sure if bitcoin prices can be up to 50000 because currently bitcoin can not afford to rise to 10000 prices, I think now is a test for bitcoin, it's been more than a month bitcoin price below 10000, usually the price drop is not long and bitcoin prices go back to the original price
$10K seems to be a major resistance level. Even earlier also that was the case. Remember the price rise in December? It took some time for BTC to rise above the $10K level. But once that was breached, within a few days it reached $15,000 per coin.

I hope that it will be possible this year. It's true today the bitcoin price is down, but we do not know what will happen next. But maybe it could not be?
I believe that it's possible to bitcoin. looking last 5/6 months ago bitcoin price 3k and bitcoin already touch 20k.so it's possible.

How do you arrive at a figure of $50k for the end of 2018? Is this based on anything or just a guess?
That seems possible for me, for the simple reason that to every up there is a down and to every down there is a up. We cleared our "debt" with the current down, so we have hands free for a new rise.
Considering the rate at which the user-base is increasing, I believe that we can expect prices anywhere from $50,000 to $100,000 per coin by the end of this year. On top of that, the legal situation in the United States seems to be improving.
so many of the same predictions about bitcoin prices by the end of 2018. it's like the tradition for bitcoin at the end of the year prices will jump many times over. so do not be surprised if many users have same predictions and enthusiasm for bitcoin prices later, I myself also believe the price will rise as high as it at december, keep be patient mate, and collect bitcoin as much as possible and you will get wealth in the next few months,, A massive correction was needed after the astronomic rises at the end of the year.

Those who are in panic.are those new in cryptocurrency ,they are easily affected if the price falls down. This is just normal ,up and downs is the story here always in cryptocurrency. And I believe that bitcoin will rise to 50kusd but not now we need to wait more months . Now supposed to be is the right time to invest.
Bitcoin price is a roller coaster the start of the year 2018. It goes up at first and stays then go down and stay and go up a bit then drop more so low and rapidly. Will it go up again in a loop then down and up again? We really don’t know what will happen like we really don’t know what the reason of the huge drop is. Is it the news? The bad news that affect the mind of investors or is it really manipulated? But why other altcoins price also dropped? We really don’t know right? We just depending on big investors decisions. Their decisions will affect the bitcoin price also. But what do you think can affect those peoples mind in invested and selling their bitcoin? For sure the bad news and the good news they heard. The tweets of some influential people also affect them. That’s only my opinion.

Im hoping it will rise up to $50,000 this year. but, if you think the reality i think it is impossible to rise up to 50k dollars because the price of bitcoin right now is too low. I know it is too early to think the price now.

Once we're seeing green bars on a daily basis bitcoin will hit new ATH but I think more in the region of 25k.
I think it touch 100000 
Even i have seen in many media saying that btc will touch 20 times the price it is now as it has got the potential .I still see the buyers pace is weak now compared to sellers, Still i would hold some positions long for reaping some profits on long term.I would advise others at their risk as nothing is guaranteed.
