i doubt hat the price will be so low by that time, right now bitcoin price has a lot of potential to grow and i believe that there will soon be a big pump that will push the price up

i think that we might reach such high numbers as 5 thousand dollars per bitcoin by that time so bitcoin is definitely a great investment option right now to be honest

$1000 is not unrealistic as two halving will happen (2016,2020) and will increase their "hopes" and "speculations" of price increase.

The most unrealistic here is pointing the value to $2000 and above.

From 2020, the halving will have much less effect on the price as most coin would have been mined by then.

If it's not decentralized, I think it won't bitcoin IMO..Maybe government can copy the technology but still, it won't beat bitcoin and most probably if it comes out in the market, those who wants to hide their wealth from the government might not use it..

I think the government will not issue coins as bitcoin because I think it would not be possible. However, if the coin will appear in addition to bitcoin will happen, but if bitcoin can go forward and there were many changes to be good it will not be a problem.

Yeah that is true, if the supply of coins will be half in two every halving and the users is also increasing there will come a time that we will be seeing a higher price than it is today..Lets just hope that the number of people who have interest in bitcoin would double each year so we can see a very high price when they are all holding a coin..

The bitcoin in 2020 will most likely be a lot bigger than every before, its already growing in users everyday and I think in 2020 there also will be a lot of stores that are accepting the bitcoin as a pay method.
The bitcoin will also most likely if its keeps like this have another halving in that year so that can also be a good thing.

It is hard to know what is going to happen with Bitcoin in 2020, but I think that the value will not even be that high in the future so that can be also really bad for who is hoping for a high value in the future.
Some people are depended on the value of Bitcoin and that is really bad, because they dont even know what will happen with their life and that is very bad and also very risky for them.

We cant control Bitcoin so we just have to wait and see for what will happen with Bitcoin in the future.

Bitcoin has turned out to be perhaps the hottest investment of all time, of course nobody knows the future. Who can say will it stay like that? The bitcoin price is probably the most discussed aspect about bitcoin and we see price is going up in last 6 months. Soon we have halving then we will know a bit more about btc and after halving in 2020 who knows what to expect. We are not sure what will happen now.
It is tough to make predictions about bitcoin, I think we can see a bit more then 2000 $ for 4 years.

At the very beginning you could pump the price x500-x1000% with quite a low amount. It's not working like that anymore nowadays. We need serious amounts to get the price above $1000. Having the price reach $1000 is one thing, but making the price stay above $1000 is completely different. We need a lot money and demand to support such a price. It's not that easy.
