As long as the bitcoin is developed properly and every new release is tested throughly before the release, the price will rise.

As long as bitcoin is alive then bitcoin is still there in 2020 because another halving will occur. It will not be destroyed as easy and simple as a twinkle of the eyes. I know there are a lot of user on that time probably it will double the current population.

Altcoin is made for profit taking and I don't see any of them will surpass $100 even at 2020. If we look for it technically, for other alts to step like what's happening on bitcoin now, most of large whales investors in bitcoin must transfer to that altcoin.

It's hard for other alts to reach what bitcoin status is since it's not only established by making profits but it's already used for some services.

But somehow agree with the last part of your statement. Let's just see now what will be the scenario.

In 2020, there will be more users of bitcoin and the price of bitcoin will be very high. There will be other usage of other coins.

Wondering how high difficulty will be at that point and how much advancement is required to mine a bitcoin. Or what will happen to the bloated blockchain size at that time. They might need to do hard fork for bitcoin to advance further but if none will be done then altcoins will take over.

2020 is only three and a half year to go.
And how can anyone predict bitcoin price going up to 50000$ in 2020? Remember that current is 670$ (current rate).
So it would be like 7400% increase of the current price in like 3,5 year.
No,it is not too optimistic,it is not even a dream.

who dont think like that it will have much he will lose eventually i always have high hope for btc and so far almost all expectation are in motions only for this halving to pass and then we will go high

Nothing will be wrong when the price doesn't go over the $1000 price level by 2020. The only thing that will happen is that some people may end up getting disappointed. Bitcoin will rush further and further. The price is just a temporary reflection.

5k would be to much some here estimate that it will go to 2k then hold and drop to some price and stay that way

I think at that time bitcoin wll be at its peak of success as 4 years is much for the bitcoin to get fame all over the world, and in 2020 another halving will also take place and as in this halving a lot of people adopted bitcoin and the price is doubled from $380 to $650 so at that time once again that events will occur.
