What do you think about this? Shift of China's attitude to bitcoin in a positive way or not. Or this statement to anything will not lead?

You can not expect good things coming from china independent of them having new Central Bank Head, Look what happened after they got new Central Bank Head:

China: Blockchain Conference Shut Down By Police, Organizers Claim ‘No Legal Issues’

the Chinese government has not stopped its attacks against bitcoin and they will not stop until China does not have that word bitcoin. governments like China are not easy, they do not care about their people, they care about keeping their people under total control of them and this is becoming more dangerous every year

Change of thinking of the Government of China can be a positive side for Bitcoin.

they will not change, they will not accept bitcoin

are you proposing that all chinese start making cryptocurrencies now?

should whole earth now create just cryptocurrencies to become rich?

human right for having an own cryptocurrency? to prevent pyramid systems?

we will surely then have a lot of money, but wont find any idiots that will work for it.

What do you think about this? Shift of China's attitude ...

I believe there is a typo in the title of your thread, you might want to take a look at that, because I don't know any place called "Cnina". This might be a strange new spelling that I am unaware of, so please excuse my ignorance if this is the case.

I don't think very much of this, but what I do think is that it is rather shallow and transparent. Over the span of a couple days there is a complete turnaround to how the government is viewing cryptocurrency. I believe that this was an attempt to see how much sway the Chinese government has over the Bitcoin market. They were curious how much power their words have over that particular market. I am sure they alerted their buddies of this announcement, allowing them to take positions that would result in a profit from their expected outcome. It just seems like a game that they are playing, if you ask me. I do not believe they have any plans of legislating Bitcoin in any significant, long-term way and will most likely manipulate it for their gain if possible.

Change of thinking of the Government of China can be a positive side for Bitcoin.because China was the most Bitcoin friendly country. but recently China was continuously changing their decision.they were quite confused about legalizing Bitcoin. I'm not sure about the news that China has already banned Bitcoin .but I have heard this. if China wants to be positive with bitcoin, this can  be obviously a good side for Bitcoin. I think so. because Bitcoin was invented in China.

Chinese government attitude towards bitcoin has not changed at all. they never opposed it or banned it or anything like that but at the same time they have always treated bitcoin a little harshly.
for example the crackdown on exchanges which was justifiable but also harsh at the same time since these Chinese exchanges were in fact shady.

I think this is FUD news, China just manipulate us in-fact China has a giant bitcoin mining in the world, Chinese mining pools control more than 70% of the bitcoin network’s collective hashrate and this is huge, how they can say that they ban or not recognize bitcoin on their country!

bitcoin in china has been banned. the Chinese government forbids crypto trading money, because the negative side can harm the government and also its investors, one of the largest bitcoin market in China has been closed
Sometimes I do not believe that bitcoin market in China is closed because china sometimes manipulates bitcoin followers so coins are sold and bought cheaply by Chinese.
It is true that bitcoin trading is very large in china and I am sure bitcoin is still reliable.

In March, the head of the people's Bank of China Governor Zhou Xiaochuan said that China will never recognize bitcoin and other crypto-currencies as means of payment. But already on 19 March he was dismissed, and the head of the Chinese Bank becomes his deputy. And on March 21, makes the statement "Bitcoin gives the opportunity and freedom to any person to enter the market of finance."

What do you think about this? Shift of China's attitude to bitcoin in a positive way or not. Or this statement to anything will not lead?

They are one trouble the bitcoin in the last year in a negative view. I hope now only they have understood the benefits and usage of bitcoins. Please invest your fund on trading field or elsewhere.
All the amount will be much safer since we are seeing the symptoms of the Chinese government's effort.
Hope we see the peak value again in the market, that is what my expectation about this move.

That's positive if they changed their statement about bitcoin but it doesn't matter anymore.

Chinese government is encouraging/telling its citizens to buy Gold and Silver since year 2012. Traditional investments are the safest since they survived the test of times for 100 years and seen many wars.
Gold investments is for the people who has no balls to take chances in life. They only invest in something, if it is a sure bet.
So you're saying that gold investment is a "sure bet" and Bitcoin is not.  Since your post implies that the OP is correct, why are you trying to claim that it's "FUD"?

What do you think about this? Shift of China's attitude to bitcoin in a positive way or not. Or this statement to anything will not lead?
Considering China's fairly recent crackdown on exchanges and mining, I would consider it neutral to BTC at best and hostile at worst.

I don't think that whether a country regards it as a currency actually matters.  All that matters is its decisions on how to treat it for regulation and tax purposes.  If the Chinese government haven't made changes or planned to make changes to those things, I don't think it matters what their general impression of cryptocurrencies is.

With the new bank governor with the statement of giving a chance for the crypto currency it will have a good impact, and I think it can also affect the price, because we understand that china is very influential for crypto.

Oh please.. stop spreading FUD. You are starting to make a fool of yourself now, and people are seeing you for what you are.

You are lucky that this forum allow shills as yourself to spread your poison. Gold investments is for the people who has no

balls to take chances in life. They only invest in something, if it is a sure bet. Everyone knows that the Gold price is being

manipulated by cartels. Apart from that, it is the most boring investment that you can do.  Roll Eyes

At first, I think that China governor Zhou is needed more time to think about it before he totally decided. We cannot blame his because I think he only doing just because he really care about their community but I think in the end he finally realize that bitcoin and crypto currency has a good and better things that can do for their community and their country.

there are countries (like US for example) who don't recognize bitcoin as a currency but that doesn't mean they are against it. they can still consider bitcoin as a commodity hence the second statement is true.
in case of Chine things are always behind a cloud somehow. partly because of the bullshit media that spreads lots of false clickbait which they call news but also be cause Chinese have always been weird when it comes to bitcoin!
