Wow! I feel impressed to see that the promotion of bitcoin is advancing in different means. I mean, we have millions of football fans and imagine them seeing the logo, it brings about more people making more research and knowing more about bitcoin cause they could be wondering, "why do the Watford players have a bitcoin logo on their cloth? Does it mean that bitcoin isn't a scam afterall"

Maybe if not for covid-19 lockdown on human and businesses, we would have seen more adoption of either bitcoin or others because of the expected halving of bitcoin. But no sponsor can come up now as things are difficult. Yes, Watford has been a bitcoin advert medium and I expect more known clubs to follow the move.

But we don't have to feel pessimism because we will see the adoption process will still continue, especially right now, people don't have a choice to use paper fiat because of this pandemic. Maybe it is the right time for them to learn more about bitcoin, so when this pandemic over, they can understand, and they can use bitcoin and other coins without any problem. I don't know much about which club that already promotes bitcoin, but we can see the promotions about the crypto world is happening in social media.

Today there are a lot of people knowing the use of the bitcoin because of the potential earnings of this kind of transaction and investment the number of users are rapidly increasing which is good because they are now promoting the use of the bitcoin at the same time the market price and the reputation on it. Having some stuff has the logo of the bitcoin and you wear it looks like you are a huge fan of the bitcoin which is good that you looks like encourage other people with an impression of "Ow, you are using bitcoin, I think this man is already a millionaire or huge wage earners" we cannot deny that those are the common reactions of the people when they are seeing some people having a bitcoin memorabilia or other pieces of stuff has a logo bitcoin.

This is very good news, bitcoin needs promotion for now. So the bitcoin logo can be on the watford FC jersey, one of the soccer teams
in the english league is a very good promotion for bitcoin. Unfortunately now all soccer matches are postponed, because the spread of
the corona virus is getting worse. Hopefully this crisis can end soon and the Watford team can get back to playing again. So promotion
bitcoin can also run again, and also I hope that a big English league team like Arsenal or Liverpool can use the bitcoin logo like watford.
Because if a big team promotes bitcoin, the effect will be even greater.

The BTCitcoin logo on the shirt sleeve of Watford FC this season is an educational campaign so that the public knows the benefits of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and is directed by Sportsbet.io. Which in turn is grateful to the crypto community that has supported them.

Follow the links it's worth knowing.

Bitcoin Confirmed As New Sleeve Partner (12/09/2019)

It is very exciting to hear the opinions of managers.
I like this initiative because it is inspiring and will allow us to create new ideas to educate people about Bitcoin.

I don't know about you guys, but I don't support Watford, but I've developed a soft spot ever since they adopted the Bitcoin sponsor a few years ago. I don't know exactly why they chose Bitcoin, and whether maybe their owners are interested in the technology has I haven't read much about it, but I tend to find myself wanting them to do well as a result of that.

Of course, we know why this is the way it is, Bitcoin has no centralized organization behind it managing its brand and spending millions to make the brand be known to people while conveying the message that Bitcoin is bringing. Now once again bitcoin getting visible to the people on a football league is truly a big thing for growth. Millions of eye balls on the Bitcoin logo each week.

I as an enthusiast of English Premiere League football likewise was shocked once I saw the group Watford FC utilizing their outfits with a logo
bitcoin. this is often extraordinary news as i might see it since English Premiere League is one among the foremost mainstream live TV communicates on the earth .
So having the choice to acquaint bitcoin with the rest of the planet , I'm pleased that bitcoin has began to enter the sector of sports. Ideally the
well known games others can have the bitcoin logo also . this is often a touch advance to advance bitcoin consistent with the planet.

I believe that not only bitcoin, but the whole cryptocurrency is very sharply and deeply embedded in big sports.  Even football is no exception today, as many teams advertise cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency company logos, as well as new teams trying to create their own tokens in order to support their fans.  For example, the West Ham United, Roma, Juventus, Atletico Madrid and Galatasaray football teams are connected to the Socios blockchain platform and are successfully starting to implement plans to create their fan tokens.

some yes but some didnt  .they are only being paid to advertise btc on thier shirt or on the field banners  . like for example the fc watford , the one that we saw on sportsbet  . they are sponsored by sportsbet if im not mistaken  . there are many companies use bitcoin and they are willing to pay others just to carry those crypto names under thier names  . btc and crypto were already known on this forum but some take it on the next level and spread the word outside the web  .

Yes, Watford is sponsored by Sportsbet, that's a shirt sponsor. The bitcoin logo is actually not a sponsor at all, but sportsbet's decision to just promote the logo for free. Actually they could have put something else there but the didn't. Pretty cool of them to do so, don't you think? Wolves have Coindeal but that's just an exchange and they have no forum presence here.

Definitely, my first thoughts about this is that, the team themselves know bitcoin very well, perhaps, they are using bitcoin and probably they are holding bitcoin as well. Because if we are to think about it deeply, there is no marketing that will pay them to advertise bitcoin in the first place, it is their pure intention to attract people to buy and accumulate bitcoin. If we could always experience to see such event like this, what could happen is an increase in demand. Imagine, if we are just advertising in forums, people have already knowledge about crypto in the first place, but if we try to advertise bitcoin outside of the box, endless possibilities could be opened.

this is long overdue. promotion of bitcoin and services that make use of bitcoin on football match has been on the screen long time ago. Maybe because you don't watch football regularly. I have seen this couple of time on the EPL banners and on screen advertisement board where the promotion of crypto has been seen. The same thing apply to promotion of gambling site that use bitcoin and other crypto. 1xbet promotion is well known in England premier league and I have watched an advert about 1xbet being supported by Barcelona. All this will go a long way to tell you that bitcoin is a legit ecurrency and probably we shall see a revolution in term of dominance in the nearest future

Yeah, Watford is first thing which comes to my head when I hear words Bitcoin and football. Such partnership with Sportsbet shows that crypto gambling is big thing already and they can spend millions for promotion. But unfortunately, Watford results isn't really good, I just hope that they won't relegate from EPL.
But I'm not sure hoe this promotion is good for Bitcoin. Because on Watford shirts, ads in stadium, it's not highlighted that Sportsbet is Bitcoin sportsbook. I've seen photos with big Bitcoin logo on their shirt, but they don't play with it in EPL.
BTW, so far there isn't many crypto ads in football. I only can recall seing ads of few exchanges during matches.

It's a good thing to see such displays. In fact, it's a reassuring sign worthy of note that Bitcoin is slowly but steadily creeping into different facets of daily life. Sports adverts is the way to go for easy spread. But then Bitcoin itself doesn't pay for ads. I am sure it will be worth it if new crypto projects can advertise this way to leave an impression on the mind of any who sees it.

I know, https://sportsbet.io/ is a sponsor of Watford FC. And Sportsbet excludes Bitcoin, so the bitcoin logo has been used on the sleeves.

The only time when I see the BTC symbol on TV, is when I am watching the News and some Ponzi scheme used Bitcoin to scam people or some Pedo network that used Bitcoin and then got exposed.  Tongue

The other times it was in some TV Series or Movie where the hacker always use Bitcoin for money laundering or some money transfers to pay for some illegal criminal activities.  Roll Eyes

In the media and movie industry, Bitcoin is synonymous with illegal activities.  Roll Eyes  < Puppet masters use this to push their hidden agenda>  Angry Angry Angry
That's right , in my country it same. Bitcoin its familiar with Hyip Ponzy.
I have more positif information just from forum Bitcointalk and another forum basic cryptocurrency.
If I read or watch information from media TV on my country always make me laught.

I pretty much don't bring up crypto because I don't feel like getting into an argument with some idiot that knows nothing.
Just because they don't know anything about bitcoin doesn't automatically make them an idiot, just uninformed. Uninformed, but potentially willing to learn. I wouldn't advocate getting in to an argument with anybody about accepting bitcoin; there is probably no faster way to turn them off from the idea. I simply mentioned it casually every time I used the vendor in question. It started as "Can I pay in bitcoin? No? Ok, here's some cash", and then became a bit of a joke "Do you accept bitcoin yet? I'd love to buy more if only I could pay in bitcoin." to eventually him asking "So what exactly is this bitcoin thing that you keep going on about?"

If someone is interested and wants to talk about it, great. Some people will obviously not be interested. You can't force them, so don't piss them off trying to do so. Just gently make them aware that there is a demand for bitcoin payments, and some might bite.
