Some people are just judging bitcoin in terms of price and may have lost buying bitcoin at high price, so they will never stop saying bitcoin is failure or so. But bitcoin is and will always remain king of crypto.

The only problem for now is block size which may not be enough to handle very high volume of transaction in future. But i am sure this gonna happen if community thinks this is needed.

With many issues targeting the topic that Bitcoin is presently struggling many misconceptions come at hand that claims Bitcoin is a Failure. It is true that bitcoin is still young but as it grow old in the market, technology is adjusting to cope up with the recent problems that bitcoin is facing. Bitcoin has not yet seen its full potential we can only declare it as a failure if it go bankrupt.
Yeah that's true but for this moment we can't say that bitcoin is a failure ,bitcoin is now most popular than past year. You'll right we can say that bitcoin is a failure if we already bankrupt. Even the price will decrease we still have a chance to recover our lost.

A failure worth 670 dollars?please let me know if you are aware of more "failures" like this  Cheesy
I'm not even paying attention when i see an article about how dead Bitcoin is,it's the typical clickbait media bs written by clueless people,it was fun to read them 1-2 years ago but now it's getting boring.

bitcoin may have many problems on its way to success but this doesn't mean failiure at all. bitcoin is a new technology and anything new needs time to fix problems before becoming the perfect thing.

yeah right, I think this is not a failure. But rather that bitcoin is still relatively new and there are some mistakes but it is not an absolute failure in my opinion. I agree with your statement bitcoin still need a lot of repairs to fix. But even so bitcoin system is still the best in my opinion Smiley

It's too early to judge something like bitcoin as a "failure". It has been only a few years and the projects that spawned from it are immense. It opened lots of possibilities for internet payments and much more. Even if bitcoin goes away it will be part of history and will be considered a breakthrough in how we think about money. That for me is far from being a failure.

The failure having some definition, sometimes the people can declare it as a failure if getting a bankrupt it's true. but there is another definition of failure. not just getting a bankrupt maybe nothing have a future or bad speculation. but the bitcoin has not yet seen the full potential it's not a means a failure. they just not to knowing about the secret potential of bitcoin.

OP is right that bitcoin didn't reach full potential yet.But for sure we see stable price now, and until new year we can expect higher price, cause we still didn't see real effects of this halving.
October and November are months when I expect some significant rise of price. Before that price will go up slowly.
I'm glad that someone said something nice about bitcoins, I have feeling that we see to many trol threadz recently.

Bitcoin is looking better than ever, and this is starting to translate in the price again. Core is doing an excellent job, moon is the only place to go, but I guess some people never learn to buy and shut up.

Exactly, negative people will always be busy in spreading negatives related to bitcoin and bitcoin is developing in the best way at a moment, and it will be a huge success in future too.

BTC is something unique. What else  can cost such an amount of money? I suppose it is definitely not a failure

Bitcoin can only improve. There will be some flaws, but this is normal.

I`m surprised that there are still people who claim that bitcoin is a failure.BTC is strong and growing.

Maybe some altcoin creators/promoters spread rumors that btc is dying in order to make some altcoins

more popular.

Who is saying that Bitcoin is a failure? I don't know of any reputable source claiming that. Maybe it's the bigblock-fanatics making this claim? Well, those have been screaming for a while... if their predictions would have been true, the Bitcoin network should have collapsed months ago...

Despite the utterances of some XT/ClassicCoin altcoin shills trolling the Bitcoin forum, Bitcoin is stronger than ever! The number of transactions is constantly increasing and true innovations are being deployed at Bitcoin Core that will increase efficiency and security of the network. Also, the public perception of Bitcoin has improved somewhat - at least to such a degree, that banks want to create their own Bitcoin copies... Cheesy

bitcoin is a like a freight train to the future. people are gonna ride it expecting it to arrive soon, grow frustrated and get off and then a new bunch of passengers join the ride. No matter who's on it, it'll keep on rolling and won't stop for anything.

this ain't some new refinement on an old product that can pick up quickly and become a new craze. it's a fundamental rethink of a massively important thing. change of that magnitude don't fit the average human's attention span or patience.

Many people do not understand it, did not see any sense in it, and certainly could not think what to expect in the future.
Correct. There's a fallacy called personal incredulity which is often the case with people. I've seen a lot of nonsense online when it comes to comments about Bitcoin (e.g. "Bitcoin is corrupted by the government" - one of the recent ones). It is obvious for any fellow 'Bitcoiner' who has a decent understanding that they have no clue what they're talking about.

Most of the people are sheep and easily manipulated by the media (unfortunately this is true even for many 'Bitcoiners'). I'm actually very surprised how nobody managed to mention the website that keeps track of how many times Bitcoin "has died": Bitcoin has died 106 times.
Well said. But how general bitcoin crowd can believe in bitcoin when sometimes even core developers are refusing to back it up?
I am talking here about Mike Hearn's rage quit. Imagine this situation - some newbie just joined bitcoin hype train, just to see that one of bitcoin developers is telling people that bitcoin is 'a failed experiment'.

Its just an envy person who keep on spreading false rumor to take bitcoin down
