Bitcoin will stay as long as there is internet though I don't think that it will stay on top forever. There is a higher chance that there might be a better cryptocurrency in the future since the technology is adapting and so as the computers, bitcoins block chain system and security may still find improvement.

I am not sure that anything will exist forever in this world. If we talk about bitcoin it is currency and it change with time to time the currency which is popular is not possible to popular tomorrow. Sometime a small fluctuation cause a big change in the currencies like if we look at the fiat currencies they are changing from second to second the bitcoin will bitcoin forever I am not sure.
