Depends on what you want to call a long term investment as one year in regular markets is like 5 years in crypto markets. If you are looking at 5-10 years long investment in Bitcoin than I don't think Bitcoin will be at number one till than and some other currency would have likely dethroned it by than.
Yes, if they want faster profit then go to ICO's and not bitcoin

We can be richer than the richer, if we have been invested when bitcoin value is not yet in its on highest peak. Bitcoin is like your are holding your foreign stocks to grow, and earn a lot of money.

Investment in bitcoin falls in aggressive because the price is very volatile and the investor may lose all his investment in days. In these days one should search all the possibilities and then put his money in this sector. Investment with close always ends at lose. If you want to have a short return of investment then not invest on bitcoin. Bitcoin is so volatile that even it increase and decrease in second. Most people complains about their loss on the price drop, I got loss too, but you will be broke when you sell it on a low price. If people would be patient to wait a bit more then all would be good. Who else make millions on just a week ? None. Im saying this not just to promote holding but also encourage all those crypto users be patient and be calm on the price drop. Youre still not loss until you sell it on low price. Hold it for a while, if you are weary and try investing on others like ICOs until you almost forget it and go back when it pumps again. Nobody know when would it be increased but it would. Be strong people.

Sure bitcoin and another crypto which in top 10 in marketcap is for longterm investment people who get rich in crypto they are holding at least for 4 years. Crypto is not a scheme to make you rich in one night. Only ponzi scheme did it. And crypto is not ponzi.
As an average person we will always think of making good profits from any investment and we hope for the same from bitcoins too and that is only possible if you hold your bitcoins for a long term as day trading is very risky and you don't want to loose your money by making a wrong move so long term holding is better.
But i think that even there are so many people who are earnign a good money from short term investment. Actually it is depending on the interest of the people that either they are interested in short term investmet or long term invest, In short term investment one need to remin more active and msut have a very good experince only then it is possible for hime to make money from short term investmet.

that should what we do, keep hold of and maintain our bitcoin when the price decreases, we will never lose or lose big for example when bitcoin price down we will not sell it, so we invest will not lose or lose let us want a little patience and trying to stay calm to always hold our bitcoin when the price decreases.
