May be I'm too idealistic, but I like to believe that this achievement is possible.

It is literally possible because with the use of the cryptocurrencies like bitcoin that is decentralized then we don't need to depend on the government because the government only want our money but if we will use the cryptocurrencies then we can stand with our own foot and not get victimize by the inflation that the regular currencies have which make us poorer and poorer.

So yes bitcoin is the start of freedom .

Bitcoin is my freedom. I can say all my opinion here freely and I can do all that I want and bitcoin is helping me with my life.

I'd like to agree, but I see so many declarations against bitcoin from differents institutions (governments, banks, company,..) that I suspect they'll try anything just to stop this kind of freedom.
I think it will be a bloody war, and I'm not so sure bitcoin will win it.

I agree indeed bitcoin give freedom to us with no limitation, do not like the bank which provide much of the rules even when you want to do the transfer the money to other people who will not in found in bitcoin

The fact that it's called decentralized it's a system that no one can control as it has its own algorithm where its open source and anyone
can verify on its accuracy. Let's face the reality, not because it's decentralized it cannot be controlled by the government, they are so powerful, they can

In the past countries try to evade other countries and keep them under their control and won't let them grow with freedom. Same is happening with our bitcoin, looking at its growth governments try to keep them under control and get the benefit from it. This too requires a fight for freedom.

Seriously speaking, bitcoin - with his decentralized system, makes obsolete the need of a central authority, and for sure this will produce a big change in society.

Well even these days you can't pay that easily using bitcoin since the fee are so expensive, unless you are not paying the right fee, you will be waiting days, worst, weeks to send your transaction. It is still not that bad though there are some that can't really keep up with it. I think it is freedom since the governments can't tax your transaction or deduct any thing from your profit.

That is only the freedom that i am seeing with bitcoin, is the decentralization that it offers to us that gives us chance to not get tax for our money or profit that will go on bitcoin. But for making transactions, i think that bitcoin is not that sense to be called as freedom because the fee is too expensive for be paid for an average transaction.
