in my opinion, bitcoin is still the best investment until now because with the price increase from time to time, the chance for us to make profit is bigger in future. so no matter how much you have bitcoin, you can make bigger profit if you can hold for a long time. but i admitted that altcoin have a great potential too after btc update in today because i think its time for altcoin to rise again and reach new price.

Do you think its a good idea to convert most of your BTC and invest it in altcoins? I had similar thought. Hey bitcoin is already so high. Thus its much harder for bitcoin to double its price... like 2500 to 5000 dollars compared to a coin that is 5 dollars and doubling to 10 dollars. Either way... you double your money if price doubles. But its much harder for bitcoin because of the price dont you guys agree on that?

It is just different, BTC is very important not to too volatile, it is better. Backbone should be stable!!!
We need stable backbone.

ALT has dynamic function and service, it is a real application and real in and out of money,
it (ALT) may be more volatile. It is good.

I don’t believe in his predictions. Crypto world is full of fluctuations and it is not easy to predict the future of any coin. As far as bitcoins are concerned, only a fool can believe that bitcoins are going to lose their value drastically in the coming years. They are supposed to increase in values beyond imaginations in the coming years.

Considering each bitcoin can be divided up into 100 million pieces of currency, retailers and businesses are beginning to accept it, it can be converted to credit/debit, BTC ATMs are springing up in more places, the growth potential of the coin is still huge.

500,000 USD per BTC seems a bit far fetched (unless the dollar hyperinflates) but I think we could easily see BTC going for 50,000 USD in a stable economy.

Where do you get this information? I don't know what you post but it is totally not a better source of information and you just misleading the society of the bitcointalk forum community about it. Don't you know that bitcoin have many challenges face and yet look how it is right now and what it was right now, it have challenges that the price becomes low this past month but yet it recovers from it and you know that there are many altcoins that become scam rather than the bitcoin alone, and do you know that the bitcoin is the reason why this altcoins are made?
