and for more than 3 days,  i have been writing litepay.ch and no response
You have sent us a message on telegram on September 2, 7:54 AM and you had a reply at 9:43 AM the same day - so 2 hours later.

2. You have sent 10 e-mails from 2 different e-mail accounts from September 2, 3:45 AM until 9:57 AM. E-mail time zone is different than on telegram.

Your order has been paid but not in full, please contact us at [email protected] with orderID: 5ec6403a3d490ffe8b3906852b04b3c7 for a refund.
You have sent a smaller amount than the invoice was made for, so the payment was not accepted automatically and was refunded later on. This happened probably as your exchange took a fee when withdrawing.

4. This is the first address you provided for refund 1DE3dbzjDfbyH1pZFawLBp5E3xPYPoCLnn and then you replaced it later for 15c2TD4L7eqYKRRyn76hHAXPQd5zFqRLBr

Refund transaction id sent towards your address 15c2TD4L7eqYKRRyn76hHAXPQd5zFqRLBr

litepay.ch is a scam website. I made an order through fastfluxhost.com and was redirected to pay through litepay.ch, which i was did, litepay.ch gave me a bitcoin number to make a transfer and after payment, i got a message on the payment screen, that the cash i paid was not enough and that was the same amount litepay.ch said i was supposed to pay. As directed, i should contact them for refund and for more than 3 days,  i have been writing litepay.ch and no response. This is really crazy and this site is a mess. Good to know you guys are fucking scammers. scammers, scammers , scammers, scammers, scammers, scammers, scammers, scammers, scammers, scammers.

Glad you liked the banner Smiley

It's amazing how many smaller crypto businesses just fly under the radar like this.
Quite interested, especially given that you've actually been around for a bit. Small operations like this seem like they end up running out of steam after only a few months, and shutting down. But hopefully this shows you guys have an idea of what you are doing.

Are there plans to add any other coins in the future?

I particularly enjoyed your FAQ section on logs. Wink

Good luck going forward, and I'll keep you guys in mind if I start a new project that needs a payment processor.

Hello shaw1,

Thank you for your post. We have been around for some while, and we'll continue to try (at least) to be around for the forseeable future. Usually, a business, any business starts strong and hits a wall, we tried a different approach, start small but keep going(growing). A small example of starting strong would be a company with a similar name (wink, wink). That's why we've been under the radar.

We've tried to add some fun to our website, to paint a picture of who's behind it. People resonate with that.

Currently, we're upgrading our servers, that being said, new coins will be added as soon as possible. What coins? Glad you asked, we are considering: ETH, ETC, ZEC, XMR & DASH, but leaving room for other coins in the future.

Looking forward for your projects.

- new feature/service added named "Share Box", where you can upload your files and sell them for bitcoins.

The service is easy to use in just 3 steps;
  1. Upload
  2. Get link, share the link
  3. Profit

Marginal fee of 2% is taken off the total sale price, small compared to other similar services. Payment is sent as soon it receives 1 network confirmation. Funds are not kept on the server for safety reasons. Forwarding transactions will include a network/miners fee paid from the amount you received.

URL: https://litepay.ch/box
Example: https://litepay.ch/box/7185940bd906b4d46de60c7efdf9ba9e

Make sure you read ToS before using our service.

It appears, you've based your "benefits section" on "CoinGate's benefits section" (not the best move when you're in the same field, be original).

According to the main screenshot on that page, you might want to consider allowing multiple payments for each invoice (in case something goes wrong).

Looking at Coingate benefits now, you are right - a couple of titles and sentences really look similar but the ideas did not come from their website. Nonetheless that is something we really comply with, offer and really take care of customers privacy unlike most other Bitcoin payment gateways. We'll have in plan to change those.. but we'll still offer the same things as we do now.

Read our FAQ and if you care about your privacy, you'll notice the difference.

Regarding the WHMCS plugin, we're looking to improve our services, day by day, week by week, month by month. We can maybe implement that in the near future. Not many people are working on this as a side project, not full time.

Wordpress plugin is also ready for download, more modules coming soon.

Currently WHMCS and Wordpress plugins are fully functional, feel free to use them.

Thanks for your comment and suggestions.

Hello everyone from LitePay.ch

Are you tired of using Bitcoin/Litecoin payment gateways and processors that require verification, signup for service or keep logs? We have a solution for that and offer such services with an emphasis on anonymity.

- No sign up
- No verification
- No logs
- No setup fee
- No branding
- Low minimum payment
- Low processing fee
      - 0.5% for merchant API (per transaction)
      - 1% for payment API (per transaction)
      - 6% for share box (per transaction, 50% of fees is donated to random organization)

At the moment, following services are available;
- Bitcoin payments/merchant API
- Litecoin payments/merchant API
- Share box

Our Bitcoin/Litecoin payments API is the quickest and easiest way to begin accepting automated Bitcoin/Litecoin payments on your website without need of any kind authentication or identifiable information, system only requires ONE confirmation to forward the payment. NO DELAYS. Once the payment has been forwarded to your wallet, all logs that had something to do with that transaction are wiped in a secure way. However, a small fee of 0.5-1% is taken automatically before system forwards the payment, fees are used to keep the servers up and running.

More information about payment API available at; https://litepay.ch/docs/

Implementation
End users that are new to Bitcoin/Litecoin or not familiar with the code of their website, we'll help you implement our Bitcoin/Litecoin payment API to your website.

Model
This service runs on pay-per-use model taking 1% from each forwarded transaction, there are no hidden fees or additional charges.

Safety
No coins are stored on the server. All transactions are forwarded to your Bitcoin/Litecoin address as soon as they get ONE network confirmation.

Improving
We're actively working on improving current services, coding plugins for popular open source CMS and on some new services. Wink

If you have any questions feel free to send them at [email protected] or ask them here.
