No. Sign a message with your wallet to prove that you are in possession of the wallet and the funds inside of it.

This looks a lot like a collat. scam
If you're pretty tech savvy, you should be able to sign your wallet containing 100BTC pretty easily.

All collateral should be held by a trusted third party
So back in 2011 I purchased about 100 bitcoins and forget I even had them till last year. I have more then what I even know to do with to be honest. But I am willing to lend them out to others who need them! Collateral by my opinion would be another crypto currency or a domain. If you have anything other than that you believe would suffice please email me or post here. lending rate is only 4 percent to start!
