Is this a new website? Sounds very similar to https://bitmix.biz. Are you sure they're not a phishing site?
There are a lot of alternatives out there that have lower fees and probably safer to use. I second the option to use Chipmixer.

The most reputable mixer around here is no doubt Chipmixer. They've been operating for a few years now and have an excellent reputation AFAIK, always responding to complaint promptly.
