You don't have to pay just to guide you with a step by step process. You can keep on track by asking and posting here from step 1 to step 2 and so on.

Now start with this quote below.

You're probably just better off telling us what exchanges are available for the country you're in, and if you're fine with AML/KYC or not (so we can recommend the appropriate exchanges/platforms).

Because there were exchanges that have removed Monero because of local government rules.

You don't really need to pay a dime to anyone for this; unless you're some 70 year old that literally needs a guiding hand to everything.

Did you try watching tutorials in youtube? Indeed there's a lot of influencer of cyrpto currency around the internet and yes some has tutorial in youtube that's why i ask about it first..
Wherein "how to convert how to send into exchanges using different coins and etc., It so simple actually,  and if i were on your situation.. Probably i will preferred  to watch some video from knowledgeable enthusiast in the internet rather than paying for someone who can teach me,
Because through in it i can obtain knowledge quickly and i can play every video that for me it can help me to understand how crypto really work.. Like again and again until i get what the real purpose/meaning of the video. And the best thing is its free..

It may be better not to rush things, and take a wee amount of time to try to learn these things on your own first, or asking whatever you need to know here, on Bitcointalk.

What you must be wary of though is clearly stating that you are willing to pay for the said tasks, and undertaking it on a one-on-one private basis. The warning is that, unfortunately, there are scammers around who would thrive at the opportunity to take a Newbie on a road trip through some virtual back roads, and rip them off.

Rule number one: faceless is shameless, and you need to be alert at all times, especially if you don’t know much on the matter, and are willing to let someone guide you privately.

If you keep things open on the forum, other will chip-in, reducing the chances of being scammed in private. It’s unfortunate, but you need to be on alert.

Hi! I am a bitcoin newbie willing to pay to be guided through the whole process of buying bitcoin and converting it to monero. I have a lot of questions. I need to be literally told all the steps, and all the pitfalls to avoid. The only thing I also ask for is that you are an experienced and very knowledgeable person about both buying bitcoin, and converting it to monero. Very good knowledge about monero is also needed. Thanks.
