Hi friends !

Already thanks for your quick answers! I managed to fix the problem just had to put an old bitcoins address! It changes all the time lol anyway thank you!

Glad you got you're problem resolved....Over time, you'll get the hang of things and you'll be able to troubleshoot your own problems.  Play around with the block explorers until you become proficient in tracking your own transactions.  Also, think about using a personal wallet instead of an online wallet because you have more control over them.

Bro you just have to fill your information correctly . It the problem still persists then contact blockchain for further information for your problem.
Ii is not always an information filling mistake, sometimes the transaction gets confused , one time I have received a payment it showed up on my wallet activity but it was not added to my balance so I had to contact the support , and they told me to provide them with transaction ID and they fixed it , so always make sure to check it whenever you get funds into your wallet.

sometimes we see that transaction is in red sign in blockchain but actually its need a time before the network seen the transaction and we should wait for a while, and this is why many people will not be patience to waited and they just think that bitcoin not received in their wallet but its already send and need to complete the confirmation.

bitcoin address is correct and make sure there are no errors. in addition you have to pay attention to the amount of the fee is sent.
when the amount of the fee is too little then the delivery will take a long time.

You either entered the incorrect address or they sent it to a mistyped one. Just one character to be wrong means your money sent to a random guy instead of you. If I were you, I would contact the website and tell them you didn't receive your money. If you verified your wallet only on your phone, try it on your computer too - it might be a problem with the app.

Hello everyone, I made an order of bitcoins earlier the site of bitboat, the site of the command of mark as complete while I have not received my bitcoin on my blockchain account. I send a message explaining the problem but no worries coming from them the transaction to was made successfully, so it made me ask to contact support on the site of my wallet. I would like to know the problem it was a transaction to 200euros thank you more

I`ve never used bitboat so i don`t know wether or not they are trusted.

Maybe you will have to wait for a few days to receive the bitcoins.

if both the address were correct, you have to contact your wallet provider with the issue, if they are legitmate.

I do not know where you guys get these "unknown" sites .... but I checked it against http://www.badbitcoin.org/thebadlist/#Bit and it has not

been reported as a scam. What puts me off is the text that says... Get your first bitcoin for free... and then they mention 0.0005 BTC in

smaller font. They also use trackers to determine your location... So proceed with caution... I do not trust unknown sites like these.  Roll Eyes

lol it seems like bitboat is not a scam as it is not reported a scam but you are right they are using tracking just get your location and it made me wonder why? Grin if you do not trust that website so did I.

At least from now onwards try to remember in which wallet address you've asked to send the bitcoin. This small mistake done by you creates a lot issues when you contact support team. They can't sort it out, however they try. Its at times make the support executives irritated because everything from their side is perfect still you blame them.

right now bitcoin network is under some pressure even one of my friend said that his one transaction got disapper after 3days of being unonfiemed i told him why it happened but i see that nowdays confirmation rates are become slower so if that site sent you some coin it might happen that it also get rejected and reversed into their wallet back

Have you check recently? Because it might have to do with confirmation times or something

since the transaction already have enough confirmations, if the funds isnt in your wallet you will have to contact your wallet provider. it isnt the seller's fault.
check if your wallet addy is correct and then contact the wallet support.

Maybe the address he copy and paste the last digit or letter is for to  copy better to recheck the address.
This is sometimes happening instead you are sending in 144xxxxxxxxxx12345 and copy it forgot the 5 to paste it like this one 144xxxxxxxxxx1234
Or better to wait for the responce from the support..

Bitcoin addresses have a checksum to prevent that. In most (all?) cases, removing the last character from a Bitcoin address invalidates the entire address.
